Condo holiday rentals in Ngũ Hành Sơn

The location is very good, but it’s not a luxury apartment building. There’s a picture of a luxury apartment building, but this is the one it’s the one behind it. The toilet smelled a bit like sewage in the apartment sometimes. I like the fact that they were toiletries and slippers. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

무엉탄 럭셔리 호텔과 접해있는 아파트먼트. 바로 앞 도로만 건너면 미케비치이고 주변에 마트와 맛집들이 많습니다. 호텔 만큼 럭셔리하지는 않지만 건물 내부가 깔끔하고 가격대비 시설이 좋은 편입니다. (발코니를 제외하면 사진과 거의 일치합니다) 건물 입구에는 경비원이 있고 열쇠가 없으면 엘리베이터를 이용하지 못하기때문에 보안은 좋은 편. 아파트먼트에 세탁기가 있어서 빨래도 할 수 있어요 (수영복도 빨수 있어서 좋습니다.) 인덕션, 전자렌지, 커피포트, 냉장고와 냄비, 후라이팬, 식기등 조리도구가 있어서 식사도 만들어 먹을수 있어요. (설 연휴라 식당들이 문 닫는다고 해서 빅씨에서 미리 장봐다 놓고 만들어 먹었습니다) 높은 층수라 전망이 좋습니다. 가장 좋은 것은 호스트! 질문에 답도 빠르고 손님을 도와주려고 노력합니다. (고객을 호구로 보는 호스트가 많은데 호스트가 젊어서 그런지 정직하고 관광지 사람같지 않았어요) 겨울에 2~3주 장기여행을 다니기때문에 많은 에어비앤비를 이용하는데.. gia hung은 내가 만난 호스트 중 최고! 다음에 다낭에 오면 gia hung의 숙소를 예약할 것입니다

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

강아지와 함께 3일을 머물고 다시 예약을 했어요. 세탁기가 있어서 편했고 호스트의 신속한 답변에 불편함없이 지내다왔어요. 배달도 아주 편하게 시킬수있었고 K마트에서 필요한 생수랑 먹거리를 구입할수있었답니다.좋은집 좋은호스트^^

다낭 도착후 5박묵었음 해변과 거리는 조금 있으나 근처 식당 마사지 펍들이 만아서 좋았음

최고의 숙소였어요! 하얏트 내에서도 레지던스B가 위치가 제일 좋은거 같은데, 레지던스B 1층이니 더할나위없이 좋았어요! 수영장도 가까이 있고, 놀이터도 마당으로 연결 되어 있어 편하게 이용 하였답니다! 호스트도 정말 친절하고, 응답도 빨리 해주셔서 불편함 없었어요~ 다음에도 여기 예약 하려고 합니다!^^

The apartment has great location and view. The host was very nice. But the area is very noizy. Some guy is selling banh bao on the street at night and early in the morning. There also was smell in one of the bathrooms so we mostly used another one. Also some ants on the kitchen. These are problems of the building, not the apartment, but I recommend the host to do something about it.

The location is perfect (so convenient and so close to the beach!) The staff were so friendly and we also loved the convenience of the giant water jugs available for purchase. The unit was big and bright. This area is growing quickly (for good reason- it’s awesome) so there is some construction work going on at this time (April 2023) but if you want to stay anywhere in the area, you’ll find the same thing. We recommend this place and we had a great month here!
