The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Kitchen with everything you need. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Renovations are ongoing.

Annexet har både eget køkken og bad. Det ligger blot 100 meter fra havet, havnen, klipperne, en lille strand, røgeri og Mikkellers cafe. Vandrestier til Svaneke og Nexø lige fra huset. We open our little home to guests who want to experience beautiful Balka Beach. The cottage has a living room with terrace and lounge area in extension, a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom. We have two nice rooms in the house, but also a fully insulated annex with sleeping places. The cottage on a nature plot on a quiet road with only 400 meters to the water. Note: No animals in furniture and beds. Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are not included.

Wonderful house near the beach

Dejligt og rummeligt sommerhus i Snogebæk beliggende 300 m fra havet. Huset ligger i gåafstand til en af Bornholms bedste badestrande og i hyggelige Snogebæk findes et udvalg spisesteder og små butikker. Huset er et charmerede gammelt bindingsværkshus på 140 kvm. Det indeholder stue, fire soveværelser, ekstra stue med sovesofa samt køkken og et badeværelse. Udenfor findes overdækket terrasse og stor græsplæne.

Bright, quiet surroundings, enclosed, cozy courtyard, four-winged farm from 1825. Independent holiday apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, extra room and bathroom. Maximum 5 min. from wonderful beach, scenic coasts, local harbor and a restaurant/smokehouse. Nice peaceful and pure idyll. We have had a bed & breakfast since 2003. The home is not recommended for those with walking difficulties.
