The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

The chalet style first floor consists of a living dining room with a double sofa bed leading to the SEPARATE double bedroom with Queen size bed. Small garden with seating. Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

The Coach House is a new conversion of an old outbuilding which has had a variety of uses from stabling and garaging to workshops and storage. It has been lovingly converted to create a modern comfortable light and airy open-plan living space whilst retaining some of it's old features and character. Located in the Suffolk countryside, it is surrounded by farmland with opportunities for walking and cycling and lots of lovely towns and villages to visit in the area.
