My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

Recently renovated to a very high standard, this delightful Fisherman’s cottage is situated in a conservation area between Penzance and Mousehole. Sit on the balcony & admire Mount’s Bay, lay in bed & watch the boats going to & fro, the view is mesmerising and you won’t want to leave. The cottage is light, spacious and airy, tastefully decorated and above all cosy and very comfortable, ideal for 2 guests. Bus stop and fine restaurants & pubs near by. Ideally situated for Newlyn School of Arts.

A stylish and cosy, well equipped 2 bedroom cottage sleeping 4 located in a quaint historic area in the heart of the fishing village of Newlyn which is nestled on the coastline between Penzance and Mousehole, both of which are within easy walking distance. All the amenities of the village are only a minute walk away with fresh fish shops, a bakery, a greengrocers, deli, Co-op, cafes, independent filmhouse, restaurants, take aways, galleries and even a homemade ice cream shop all to be found.

'Argel Byghan' is a small, bright attic apartment with handmade features & mid-century style. It has a compact kitchenette & no TV. The sheltered patio garden is ideal for coffee or dining. No sea views but quietly away from the road. Close to coast & countryside, and 30 mins prom walk to Penzance. Situated on the art school hill with harbour & Mounts Bay views. 10 min walk downhill to Newlyn’s shops, bars, restaurants, gallery & cinema, with a steep return. Not suitable for children or pets.
