Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, 105 year old home. Bring your dogs and boat trailer-extra parking in the back to accommodate up to 5 vehicles or a trailer. The home is centrally located (about 10 miles) from several surrounding cities including Ponca City, Arkansas City and Blackwell. The upper end of Kaw lake is 6 miles from the home. First Council and Native Lights Casino are 5 miles from the home.

Three bedrooms have queen beds and the kid's bedroom have a set of twin beds. The two main bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Cowley College and Chestnut Street.
