found everything as described in listing. host responds promptly to messages [some airbnb hosts do not but FenFen does]. room has separate entrance where there are three rooms rented out; they share one bathroom and living space with full fridge and microwave. as another reviewer already mentioned, rooms are marked A, B and C and the fridge has three shelves marked A, B and C so everyone has their own shelf in fridge and food will not get mixed up. tip for future guests; bath tub drains slowly so open water flow to minimum necessary and use hand held shower head to direct water to different body parts

Youcef was an excellent host—welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. He made the check-in process smooth and was always available to assist with anything I needed. When I realized that the commute to my office was longer than expected and needed to change my booking, Youcef was very understanding and accommodating. Overall, he was a great host who communicated clearly and made the process easy from start to finish. I truly appreciated his flexibility and support.

Sarath provided clear instructions, check in was super easy. Towels, big screen tv, WiFi and plenty of space for a short term stay.

Eugena and Ruigi are great hots, very quick to give responses to my questions. They even went extra miles to help me when I mistook my checkout day for the next day. I appreciate their help.

Dylan is really friendly and easy to communicate with! Check-in is really easy, and a permit is provided for street parking (or there’s always space in the backyard too). Everyone else in the house is a long-term tenant, and they were all really friendly. Really enjoyed my stay :)

The room and beddings are both very clean, and simple, exactly what I needed.

Great stay at a great location. Short walk to downtown palo with lots of great restaurants and shops. Check in was very easy with clear instructions. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. Would love to stay again, highly recommended.

Madis place was exactly as described and very spacious with comfy beds. We requested early check in, which Madi agreed to at a readonable cost. There are many apartments within the location and finiding out where the actual building was was a bit confusing but once we got to the apartment we were fine. We did not use the amenities listed. It was a short commute to Stanford so served us well for the graduation weekend.

Nice convenient place to stay when traveling business or for fun to Oakland. Thanks for a great stay I’ll be back!

This was our third time staying here. It is a clean and comfortable space with attractive furnishings and everything we needed for a two-week stay. We will return again next time we return to CA to visit family.

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!
