A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

Quiet, calm suite by Golden Gate Park, a wonderful airy space to come home and relax. Great neighborhood to hang out in (ranked in 2024 by Time Out magazine as one of "coolest neighbourhoods in the world", and top ranked in the Bay Area) close to some of SF's great spots -10 mins to De Young Art Museum, Cal Academy of Science, Conservatory of Flowers; Clement Street restaurants and stores; also close to The Presido, Golden Gate Bridge. Newly renovated space within walking distance to SF attractions. Great for couples, or families with young kids. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.
