House holiday rentals in New Smyrna Beach

Had a great stay. Pool was dirty first day but they came next day to clean. Great for your pet with private back yard. Know the main living is upstairs if people can’t use steps, however the in-law suite downstairs was nice. Access to beach was great it’s right outside your door. We were able to fit 4 vehicles in drive which helped because they have parking enforcement people driving around all the time. Pretty cool it’s the only sand road left in NSB according to neighbors. Wonderful place to get away!!

Heidy’s house was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. The pool and backyard were very peaceful, we spent a lot of our time out on the patio. The master king bed was super comfortable! Heidy left us some cold water in the fridge which was needed upon arrival, June is very hot in Florida! Would 100 percent recommend!

Wonderful place to stay. A short walk up the sidewalk and across the road to get to the beach. The pool out back is enclosed and was great to relax and cool off. We used the gas grill for a few meals as well and trying some of the local seafood restaurants. We had a great time! Thank you!

We had such a great stay! It was easy to locate, the location is right in the middle of everything, close to beach, plenty to do if you leave the house or stay. The car port was nice for when it was raining. Pool was great! The pool has higher level sides, so it made it easier to not worry about little ones in the pool in the deeper end. * WITH SUPERVISION * ! The house was very clean, and spacious. The lights outside were cute, we did use to grill with no problems! We were able to feel at home away from home. There is a train in the back yard basically, only goes by a couple times nothing to worry about. The host had great communication, I was so pleased I never checked the app to see if kept checking on us. Which was very welcoming! (I apologize for not replying lol). Overall I would 100% recommend and return to stay again. Thank you for having us 💕

Instructions for check-in were given well in advance of us arriving. Everything was clearly laid out and the place was in beautiful working condition that we never needed to reach out. Lots of beach gear provided that we never unloaded ours from the car. The 5 adults in our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax, and everything felt very homey. Throughout our week stay, we kept saying “when we stay here next time…”

Our family stayed at Marilyn’s home for a few days to relax and enjoy her pool during our kiddo’s graduation week. She was very accommodating, had clear requests and instructions, and was quick to respond to my own messages. There were zero issues with communication or amenities. Thanks for an easy trip, Marilyn!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Dawns place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! We traveled as a group of 8 people ages ranging from 15 to 42, along with our 3 furbabies. Dawn herself greeted us there and gave us a quick tutorial on how to use all the fancy gadgets in her home. Very friendly and quick to respond if you need anything! As we arrived later than we had intended she had some nice goodies for us, some adult beverages, pizzas...we had for dinner (BONUS) as we did not feel like going back out after a long trip, even some bacon and eggs for breakfast! I could go on and on about this gorgeous relaxing home, from the pool/backyard oasis, large property/yard for privacy and the doggos, to the snazzy gadgets, the coffee maker, and even the toilets in the bathrooms. Oh and don't get me started on the beds!!! I absolutely loved them and miss it already! 100 out of 10 recommended! We enjoyed our stay beyond what we imagined. Already planning to go back soon! *VERY PRIVATE*

Had a very peaceful stay! Great location with a short commute to New Smyrna Beach. Leigh Ann was super helpful and responsive throughout. She also provided many great food recommendations in the area. I played lots of piano during my stay as well. The piano sounded great and there was also an acoustic guitar available. Highly recommend this location to anyone that loves the beach and any music lovers.

One of our favorite Florida rentals. It was in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and across from a non-drive beach. The home was stocked and had a relaxing beach cottage vibe. I will be booking this property agian.

My family felt very welcome and cared for at Bob's Beach Bungalow :) Crystal was so kind and thoughtful during our stay as well as before. She wanted to make sure we would have everything we needed. She left thoughtful and beautiful gifts for us and personalized snacks. She was very responsive if we needed anything, and she really cared that we had a lovely time. The beach house was very comfortable with incredible open beach views. From all areas of the house we were able to take in and enjoy the views of the water. We were also able to see ospreys, pelicans and seagulls throughout the day as well as dolphins. And much to our two sons' enjoyment, there were two gopher tortoises who lived in the dunes behind the house and we were able to see them sunning themselves each day. With the views, location, and caring host Crystal, we hope to return for another stay. Highly recommend!!

Super location close to beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Nice house with bathroom for each bedroom

Firstly, I would have to say cleanliness is the most important part of selecting accommodation. This Airbnb is absolutely spotless !! It has lots of natural light and comfortable stylish furnishings. Just hop Skip and a jump to the beach. There are great shops directly across the street if you need anything such as groceries. Especially enjoyed the hot water outdoor shower. Very handy to eliminate bringing sand in the house, especially if you have children. I found there to be zero road noise :) The house is very secure & smells fresh. A nice touch to the Airbnb was water in the fridge and coffee with a well prepared kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend this cutie. Five stars all the way.

Nicole was an amazing host. The location was top tier! She stocked the house with anything you could possibly need as well as any beach supplies. Lots of games for the kids as well. Lots pf extra towels, sheets and pillows. All the beds were very comfortable. I met nicole in person and she was soo nice. Looking forward to my next weekend beach get away, i will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

A wonderful and cozy home, everything was amazing and our host Camille was the best. She kept us updated on checking in with lots of time prior to actual checkin time, and assisted with a small bed issue! Amazing response time, and she's very kind. The location is perfectly close to restaurants, groceries, and an amazing ice cream place. Even though it's near so much, it's quiet and so beautifully peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is easily walkable to the beach and all the restaurants and shops on Flagler Avenue. Karen was very responsive when we had some issues with the Wi-Fi. We had no problems finding enough parking on the street in front of the house for the multiple cars for our big group. We would stay here again!

The accomadatuons were clean, well maintained and very nicely appointed. The gated neighborhood allowed for a peaceful and relaxing time that my wife and i were looking for. Would absolutely book again.

This place was perfect for our family. Leanne focused on all the things that matter…. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and great shower in the master bath. The place was clean and cozy and of good value. It’s priced well for the space and comfort provided. The location is a bit away from the beach and activities, but we had a car so that wasn’t a big deal.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. The place was absolutely perfect. The beach was so nice and hardly crowded even on memorial weekend!! We really enjoyed the outside patio with the long table to seat all our family. We BBQ and had a great time laughing with family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner. We enjoyed playing the games you provided. It was just absolutely perfect. Quick and Great communication with any questions/concerns we had. We will absolutely be back next year! Thank you again!

Wonderful place to stay! The house is spotless with lots of space! It’s well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra towels. The washer/dryer is a great bonus. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. A short walk to restaurants and shops. I felt right at home. Definitely recommend!!!
