In our beachfront complex Point East, our unit is directly poolside so you can walk right out to the pool deck. This family friendly condo was fully renovated in 2023 & is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Note: March-May of 2026 Volusia County is replenishing the sand on the beach and a dredging tube will run the length of the beach for that time.

My home is very quaint and comfortable. You will feel right at home the moment you enter the house. We have a new out door shower for you to enjoy after a day at the beach. There is a wonderful patio space outside in the back yard to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinners. The home sits 2 blocks over from the Inter Coastal Waterway. We are 3 miles to the beach. You can walk to the river from my home. Centrally located to all Daytona has to offer. Home fully equipped.

Cozy Ormond Beach House

This 2 bedroom beach house is the perfect spot to get away. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen size beds. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with access to all the entertainment platforms. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated with a large sofa that pulls out into a comfortable bed. There is a Blu-ray DVD player and Wii U with 4 remote controls with games for the kids, as well as a breakfast table for two and TV trays for comfortable dinning during movies..

This is a single family home with a attached apartment separate entrance. I live in the main part of the house. Your space is a separate apartment. 1 bedroom with a king bed. On the other side of your house is a Livingroom with a couch bed.
