The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

You have everything you need for some serious relaxation here. Self contained with a 12v fridge, lighting and usb charge points all powered by solar panel. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! If you want to relax and enjoy great walks along the coastal path to Port Isaac,(about 2 hours) or Padstow (about 1 1/2 hours) then this is the flat for you. If you enjoy surfing Polzeath is one of Cornwall's premier surf beaches. It is great for body boarding too. The lifeguards are on duty all through the summer and at weekends too. You have a good range of places to eat out too. There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.

At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Our 2 bedroom beautifully furnished home-from-home apartment is situated in the heart of Polzeath, has stunning views and within walking distance of the beach. The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike.
