Kid-friendly holiday rentals in New Alabang Village

This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

Very good owner, easy to reach

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

Elgina's place is good for a short stay if you're looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful. despite a mix up at our end for check-in, everything went smoothly and Elgina was very helpful.

The stay was good. The place is clean and smells good. The unit feels like home, and the air conditioning is working properly. We didn't encounter any problem checking in and checking out.

the free parking is such a big plus! very easy to move stuff in. next time in the area im not looking for another airbnb!

A home away from home—with zero stress. I stayed at this unit, and honestly? I didn’t want to leave. The unit was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed—comfy bed, working kitchen, and that ice-cold aircon that saved me from the Manila heat. The location is great too—peaceful enough to relax, but just a few minutes away from convenience stores, restaurants, and malls. But what really stood out for me? The customer service. The host was amazing—very responsive, polite, and made everything feel so easy. From the smooth check-in instructions to the quick replies whenever I had questions, you can tell they really care about their guests All in all, this stay was just what I needed—zero hassle, all comfort. The place was great and it only 500meters (or less) from the event I was attending during the weekend. From the photos, what you see is what you’d definitely get. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and it met our expectations. The only con would be the internet connection — as it was down for a bit but it was due to the telco’s signal in the area (which was out of the Host’s control for the Airbnb). I’d definitely recommend this place.

Very nice place! An upgrade on the bed and wifi speed will make it a perfect place to stay at the area! Other than that, its NICE!
