Kid-friendly holiday rentals in New Alabang Village

this is actually my 2nd time. But the 2nd time, it was only my nieces and nephews who rented it. They loved and enjoyed their stay and the usual, sir Ambet was always responsive and accommodating. Thanx again sir Ambet for taking care of my nieces and nephews' stay. God bless

The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

Stayed here twice during my trip to the Philippines and I absolutely love this place! It’s super spacious and has such a cozy, homey vibe. Pros: - Really spacious and comfy - Feels like a true Filipino home - Huge TV - Cozy living room - Master bedroom has its own bathroom - Filtered cold & hot water (big plus!) Cons: - During my first stay, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed. The kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention, and the towels weren’t ready as they were still drying, so we had to wait for them to be fully dry before using. - Could use more mugs, but they were provide to bring extra when I asked. - The power of the AC in the rooms wasn’t as strong, so the living room and especially the kitchen area could get a bit warm. However, there was an extra fan available to help cool things down. Overall, despite the minor cons, I highly recommend this place! It’s super homey, and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth what I paid for. Thank you so much! ❤️

The unit was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location is also excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. It’s also very family-friendly, which was perfect for us traveling with kids. Also, the security guards were very polite and helpful, adding to the overall safe and welcoming atmosphere. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Far listing lovely property, and it exceeded all my expectations! The place was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just a short distance from the greenbelt, landmark, glorietta. I loved being able to explore the area easily and found some fantastic local restaurants thanks to Far recommendations. Far was a fantastic host! They were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the welcome basket, Like enjoying a sunset view, relaxing in a cozy nook, or having a great meal at a nearby restaurant]. It truly made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

During our recent stay at this Airbnb property, we were thoroughly impressed with its exceptional location and amenities. The property’s proximity to essential amenities, including grocery stores, shopping malls, and spas, was highly convenient. The property’s security measures were robust, providing peace of mind for our stay. Communication with the host and her team was exceptional, and they promptly addressed any minor concerns we had. While the property offered a pleasant nighttime view, occasional background music did not significantly disrupt our sleep. One area that could be improved is the provision of upgraded guest towels and linens. Specifically, some of the towels are quite old. Would highly recommend for others looking for nice place to stay within BGC.

Place had great parking space. Environment was peaceful and very windy. Place was worth what I paid for. Functional and comfortable. Babalik at babalik!!!

A great place to stay in the BGC Area because a lot of good stores are close by. Good for a family stay and the entertainment section makes fun bonding moments.

This was the fastest booking I have ever experienced in Airbnb. The host was able to confirm our booking immediately. This is a great place for travelers who only wishes to leave their belongings, sleep, eat, and explore. Bunk bed with cabinet, dining table, kitchen, and towel for each guests are provided which gives relaxation to 4 guests.

The hosts are very accommodating, i love the vibe of the condo unit, it’s very homey. The place is walkable to landmarks as expected, theres free toiletries, sheets and other stuffs, they have a table and chairs at the balcony wherein we enjoyed while having breakfast/meryenda. Thank you! 💓
