Kid-friendly holiday rentals in New Alabang Village

This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

Very good owner, easy to reach

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

Maraming salamat Khia..ito ang tahanan na babalik balikan..kamiy lubos na nakapagpahinga sa aming pamamalgi ng tatlong gabi. The bathtub is a big plus factor.

Cris and Chemz were very helpful and awesome hosts. Every question and need for assistance that I had was addressed without me having to wait. They made our stay super convenient and easy. Plus the place was set up in a very modern way, my kids loved it!

We had a pleasant stay. Sam’s place was very cozy and clean. The people in the building are all nice as well!

This is our second time with Miguel’s and like the first my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In fact we’re already making plans to get the same place next time we’re back. Can’t even imagine going anywhere else.

The host was very accommodating. The check-in was very smooth. The place is great for events since it is near Filinvest and other malls. The host was also helpful. I left my ID Card in the building and he insisted to drop by my office to return it. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very cozy homestay!

Elgina's place is good for a short stay if you're looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful. despite a mix up at our end for check-in, everything went smoothly and Elgina was very helpful.

Janelle was very accommodating! One of the best accommodations I have ever had when visiting Manila from Iloilo. I can't wait to come back and recommend her place to my colleagues. The place was really clean and smells so good. It's near fast food chains like McDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks, Dunkin, 7 Eleven and etc. if you want a quick bite during wee hours. They are just a few walks away and visible from the room's window. The area is also easy to locate and the neighborhood is very nice with the right amount of peace and quite. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Janelle's place! Thank you so much!

A home away from home—with zero stress. I stayed at this unit, and honestly? I didn’t want to leave. The unit was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed—comfy bed, working kitchen, and that ice-cold aircon that saved me from the Manila heat. The location is great too—peaceful enough to relax, but just a few minutes away from convenience stores, restaurants, and malls. But what really stood out for me? The customer service. The host was amazing—very responsive, polite, and made everything feel so easy. Very nice place! An upgrade on the bed and wifi speed will make it a perfect place to stay at the area! Other than that, its NICE!
