The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room.
