The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
