Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

Charming apartment in a quiet residential complex located directly on the park, yet good connections Düsseldorf can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, tram stop to the center within walking distance. The apartment is nevertheless suitable for trade fair visitors, temporary workers or vacationers who are cheap AND want to stay in a top location of Krefeld nicely. The residential complex is located on a dead end street directly to a park with lake.

There are numerous restaurants, shopping, bus station and good highway connections in the immediate vicinity.

Dear guests, Welcome to Tina and Guido's in Moers. Our apartment in the countryside is the perfect starting point for both private and business activities due to its quiet yet central location. The apartment is located directly on Lauersforter Wald and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Elfrath. Shops and the A57 highway are a few minutes' drive away. Düsseldorf Airport is 20 minutes away.
