Die Nordsee ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und ist über schöne Radwege zu erreichen. Hier lebt ihr auf dem Hof mit Pferden, Kühen, Hunden, Hühnern, Gänsen und uns 2 Menschen :)

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with partly covered terrace, garden & grill in a quiet location directly behind the dike. The beach in Harlesiel and the harbor of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, spa cards are not necessary.

Cozy in the villa close to the sea

We love our second home in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. Meanwhile, we also rent it to holiday guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car takes you to the sea and the sandy beach or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, always beautiful.
