Cozy, simple house on the central pond in Kronprinzenkoog, just a few minutes by car to the Wadden Sea and to Friedrichskoog (worth seeing: the seal station). Almost 1,000 sqm property; garden with trampoline, football gate & treehouse, fully fenced. Ideal base for tours in the surroundings, including Büsum (about 35 min), St. Peter-Ording (ca. 55 Min.) und Hamburg (ca. 75 Min.). Sauna, fireplace, foosball table, children's billiards table... young & small & four-legged friends welcome!

It is located in Neufelderkoog directly on the North Sea coast about 20 minutes from Brunsbüttel and 10 minutes from Marne. It is located in a secluded location in the tranquility of the marsh. The lake dyke is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take a walk. Neufelder harbor is also just a few minutes away.
