Apartment holiday rentals in Neubukow

We were completely satisfied! Plenty of space and everything clean. Location was perfect anyway. Towels, bed linen, washing machine incl. Dryer, vacuum cleaner... everything is there! We have been vacationing in Warnemünde for years and have of course already experienced some cases that were not worth their money. We will definitely book this spot again.

Very tastefully furnished apartment with a large room with living, dining, cooking and sleeping area. Great location and lovely views from balcony to city and harbour. Very friendly welcome.

Beautiful accommodation with some outdated furniture. Communication was very nice and we were also allowed to enter the house earlier. The location to the sea is really great!!

Since it led me to the Baltic Sea for work, I spent my first 6 months in Rostock with André. The contact with André was always great, quick and pleasant. I was even able to have my mail sent to him, which made life very easy. The apartment is well and quietly located and has a parking space under the carport. From Sievershagen, I was able to easily reach all my stations in the training on any side of the Warnow. In addition, a shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It has a fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are well equipped and all separate, so you can also cook without the whole apartment smells like it. For example, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. I enjoyed the time with André and was able to arrive in Rostock excellently.

Enjoyed a lovely night at Maik’s flat. It had a very well equipped kitchen with all we needed, beautiful surroundings! Would recommend.

Had a very nice stay at the apartment. From there you are quickly in the center, both on foot, by bike or by bus. From there I took very nice bike rides in nature reserves in the area. Something special is a weekly market on Saturday and 2 more days a week right in front of the house. The communication with Ulrike was straightforward and nice! Thank you for the stay!

A super friendly and fast communication. The apartment was as described,you have everything you need there whether for cleaning or cooking there are things available. From the location not to mention 400 meters to the beach, just great. He gave tips on what to do in the area or where to shop. It was my first booking through airbnb and was positively surprised. This was not the last time we will be staying in the beach butt.

5-Star Better Was Impossible

The hosts are very kind, courteous, know exactly what matters. We enjoyed the apartment with the roof terrace very much. They made sure to make everything bright and the rooms have a lot of light. Glad there's a big common space when the weather isn't so nice. Outside there is a covered barbecue area with tables and benches and everything that goes with it. Electricity for car and bikes is also provided and parking for everyone. Thank you We will come back and recommend you to friends.

My mom and I had a great time staying at the place. The place looked like the photos and the location was perfect. Peaceful but centrally located. We will be happy to come back :)

Super apartment near the beach, on the terrace you can sit nicely in the evening sun and the living area is spacious. Everything you need! Perfect apartment for a few summer days.

We were (again!) completely satisfied and are already looking forward to the next stay in 3 months 😊 Good communication, great place in good location. Dog friendly, clean, comfortable bed and the water in the shower gets warm quickly💪🏼

The apartments absolutely met our expectations. It was surprisingly quiet. Neighbors were rarely heard. If you live here with children, I recommend taking an additional blackout of the windows for the nights, as the street lights, despite the blackout blinds, could seem well in. In addition, we had a very friendly host. We felt very comfortable here, we didn't miss anything and we'd love to come back.

Spend two nights at the large apartment. Walking distance to old town. Peter responded quickly and was helpful when we needed help.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was very clean and really homely. We found it a bit unfortunate that neither bed linen nor towels are provided at the price. As with the other guests, the Wi-Fi router has been negatively remembered. We already covered it with a hat the first night because it is really very light and hangs almost directly over the bed. We also felt like it was very warm in the apartment. We were there in April and actually had the windows open permanently. However, these points are just small details and not a real criticism.

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with extra kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a response to our inquiries very promptly. We can fully recommend the apartment:-)

This apartment met and exceeded all expectations, an absolute recommendation. Very stylish, clean and great explanations. The house and parking are easy to find . The rooms, kitchen, bathroom, sauna and hot tub with sea view on the spacious terrace are great as described. The gas fireplace is also worth it! Small notes would only be instructions for gas tampering as well as other privacy on the roof terrace.

I can't say anything bad about this place. Everything was as described and we had some relaxing days. Glad to come back

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply fantastic. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful time in the captain's decks and were delighted with the premises, the location and the uncomplicated check-in/check-out! The communication with Conny went smoothly and we always received detailed and quick answers to all the questions that came up. Thank you for the great time!

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet village, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or in the hot tub, which also works perfectly in winter.
