we had a very nice extended weekend, exploring Warnemünde and Kühlungsborn by bike, sighting the immediate surroundings and enjoying the apartment again and again. The highlight for us was always coming back to the apartment, very exclusive, yet cozy, everything you need and ending the evening on the roof terrace. We can fully recommend the accommodation and wish Mark many nice guests who will appreciate the flair of the apartment.

We felt super comfortable from the beginning. Our daughter loved the extra children's room. There was plenty of storage space for their clothes and toys. I was particularly impressed by the kitchen. Miele hob, Siemens dishwasher, oven and high-quality cutlery. But the best thing about the apartment is the view. It's just great to always see the sea. At noon and in the evening, the sun shone wonderfully into the apartment, which we found very pleasant. The south beach / promenade was quickly accessible by bicycle. We would definitely recommend Lea's apartment to our friends.

I was extremely grateful and happy that I had chosen this accommodation when I arrived in front of the house. Beautifully landscaped flower beds, lawn, private terrace, private carport and fantastic surroundings. Pure nature and, above all, real peace and quiet. Exactly what I had hoped for. Beautifully and stylishly furnished inside. There is everything you need for a holiday. Whether it's a folder with all the important and useful tips and recommendations for your stay, or a freezer or a washing machine. Everything has been thought of here. The hosts are very friendly and likeable. They make you feel like you have a real piece of home here. I felt the same way and was able to really enjoy my holiday there. I will definitely come back.

We stayed in this magnificent apartment for 4 days and as described we had a view from the terrace over the fields to the promised sea view. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed great sunsets in the most amazing colors. The apartment is so well equipped with everything that infants are also welcome. (Crib, chair, potty, foot bench) We have very often rented an apartment for short breaks, but none corresponded to the photos and description of Martina's. Big compliment. We are happy to recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back ourselves.

We were ready for a break from our travels so Bernd’s house was just perfect. It’s in a quiet setting and a comfortable place to relax. The house is spacious with outdoor seating and BBQ, overlooking the garden. It has everything you would need and the hosts were very generous, leaving some gifts for us to try. Bernd’s was easily contactable and responsive in dealing with a problem that arose on our first night in the property. I would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

Contact with Tobias was very friendly and uncomplicated from the beginning. He responded quickly and was always helpful. The accommodation was super clean, modern and well equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. I can only recommend staying with Tobias and will gladly come back!

Ines welcomed us so warmly, we arrived well. A wonderful little spot, also the apartment, equipped with everything, very clean, super kitchen, cozy under the roof, quiet. And the garden, wonderful! We enjoyed it very much with two children and could have stayed longer - for excursions to the Insle Poel and Wismar - but also simply to play in the garden, to linger. Very relaxing. Absolutely recommended!

I spent Pentecost with my mum in this accommodation and it was very nice. Unfortunately, the weather was not so great, so we stayed in the apartment more often and we lacked nothing. Everything was super clean and we felt right at home. The beach was quick to reach and restaurants and shops were also nearby. Gladly again!

We stayed at Quentin's apartment for a few days over Easter. Everything was a good fit for us and we felt completely comfortable. In case of rain, we made ourselves comfortable in the apartment and in the sunshine we are right to the beach at our doorstep. We will be happy to come back. ✨🌈👍

Tanja and Alexei's apartment is super located very close to the beach. It is quiet and clean. Everything you need is available and they responded very quickly to questions. There are no shops nearby, which are within walking distance. So if you travel without a car , you should shop beforehand. Otherwise everything is great :)

Great apartment, perfect for a stay for 2 people. Many steps that are easy to walk (step height). Great central but quiet location. Very nice contact, quick response, in a timely manner you will receive all important information and are well cared for. The staff are very nice and give good tips. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

Totally nicely furnished apartment, perfect for 2 people. Only for a third person sleeping in the living room, it is a bit noisy as the apartment is right on a busy main road. Corinna is a great landlady, easily accessible and if something is missing or you need something, this will be done immediately. Thank you for this.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, cozy, everything is great. It's great that you can park the bikes in a shed (with electricity). We used this apartment as a starting point for bike tours. The accommodation is highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

I stayed in the small attic apartment from Saturday to Wednesday. The equipment was all there, which you just need. I found it very helpful that things like coffee filter bags, dishwashing detergent and Zewa wipes were available. This helps immensely if you can't bring every little thing. There was a coffee machine, kettle and toaster available. No oven, but a microwave. Everything wonderful!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. More than enough space for 6 people. Even with two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply fantastic. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful time in the captain's decks and were delighted with the premises, the location and the uncomplicated check-in/check-out! The communication with Conny went smoothly and we always received detailed and quick answers to all the questions that came up. Thank you for the great time!

Very Nice place, close to the Beach and the city

We thank René for the beautiful weekend in the apartment. We didn't do anything in the village itself, but it was only a 12-18 minute drive to Rerik or Kühlungsborn. The apartment was very neat and clean. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the quiet balcony. A highlight, especially since the weather wasn't cooperating, was the "spa area" in the basement, which can be used by several apartments in the house. Very clean and private. Great atmosphere for a relaxing bath or sauna. Thanks for the tip, René. We will definitely recommend the apartment and maybe come back again.
