All beautiful, the surroundings and the apartment. Very quiet. It's a bit early to have to move out of ten, but is also ok, it works. It would be good that it would be two keys.

An extraordinary apartment where you immediately feel at home. The name "Himmelreich" (Kingdom of Heaven) fits perfectly! Great amenities, cozy sofa, large TV and many products that you did not have to bring! Everything as described, abundantly available. Balcony with plenty of sun and a location from which you can do a lot. Great tips from Sonja and much more! Simply top top top! We will definitely recommend the apartment. There is also a great shed with bicycles, where you can also store your own bikes. We had a great 11 days there - fantastic!

We visited Greifswald for a few days over Easter and stayed with Sigrid and Wolfgang. The apartment is large and spacious, there is everything you need. The sofa bed sleeps excellently, the conservatory and balcony are a dream. All in all great! The landlords live in the house, are warm and reserved, but easily accessible if needed. We felt very comfortable and welcome and will be happy to come back!

We had a great time. Ursula is a great host, very friendly and attentive. The apartment is well furnished. Unfortunately, there is no real terrace (we could use the one from the other apartment) - but there is seating in the garden. Overall, it was very nice - therefore, we recommend it.

We felt completely comfortable. The accommodation and the whole yard are beautiful and cozy. We had a lot of space for ourselves and enjoyed the weekend very much. The contact in advance was pleasant and on site we were very kindly received. The hosts are always reachable and available and were always up for a chat, but not intrusive at all. Dirk's place is highly recommended. Apart from the excellent amenities, which lacked nothing, we were very impressed by the fitness and entertainment area (billiards, foosball, giant chess, table tennis, etc.) as well as the sauna. Everything is almost new, very well maintained and extremely quiet. Only the access to the water and swimming facilities are a little further than expected. You should definitely arrive by car.

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his holiday property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, according to the photos), the use of the spacious garden for kicking with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis boat rental & restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

We had a great stay. Check-in was super flexible and we came to a cozy cottage where we felt right at home. For the dogs there was a basket with blankets and towels and our four-legged friends also felt right at home. From the property we could go directly into the forest and take beautiful walks. The neighbors were very nice and gave us a friendly welcome. There is a parking space right outside the front door and the nearest shopping is not too far away by car. Great place to recover from everyday life.

We had only checked in for one night to celebrate a birthday. Slightly different than expected from the photo of the house, the house is located in the village and on the left and right are more houses. Behind the house is the old farm, with chickens , rabbit goats and a pretty aviary. In the summer you can also stay in the garden and eat outside at tables with benches. For an outdoor coffee, the weather was just as good. We were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Petra is a very nice hostess. Arrival and departure were handled very accommodating, even the day before us was blocked to allow an earlier arrival. There was even a delicious birthday cake from Petra. There were also tips for things to do. The Heiligengrabe monastery is very worthwhile. Wittstock is also worth a visit. However, we could not explore much more in the short time. It was a very nice short stay.

We spent 4 wonderful days in Tom's house. It is exactly as described in the pictures and a really great house away from the hustle and bustle. Great view of the garden and the whirlpool is a real highlight. We felt super comfortable. Absolute recommendation!

We came across the booth houses by chance and are still very impressed by the cottage. Stylishly furnished, it had everything you needed, the absence of TV and dishwasher didn't bother us at all, as it was clearly and nicely communicated beforehand. We will definitely come back for a quiet break.

We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The view is really great and you can go on really nice bike rides. Communication with Simone was great and flawless.

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden with swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: it is very cozily furnished, offers a lot of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (For our stay, however, there was also potato peeling) Our children slept upstairs towards the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear at all. The surroundings are scenically beautiful and offer numerous excursion options, so there is no guarantee that there is no boredom.

The house and garden are fantastic. Everything is very well maintained and stylishly furnished. The host Robert was always available to us and was very friendly. There is a checklist for checkout and cleaning the grill that is easy to follow. There are more than enough seats, glasses, etc. The only weakness: two bedrooms are connecting rooms and the bedroom under the roof is without a door. If that doesn't bother you, you'll find a great place to stay here.

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautiful quiet private-feeling corner house. Everything present, of good quality. We were in trouble for a while due to a short circuit, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

We had a very nice time in the accommodation Pelle. The property has everything you need and is very cozy. We had even spontaneously extended a day. Highly recommend

Everything fits, very loving furnishings and good facilities. Was there just for sleeping.

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was just like in the photos – clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We especially liked the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping facilities are right next door, the city centre is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really recommend the accommodation!
