Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our small wooden house is right on the edge of the forest, so you can watch deer or other wildlife while having breakfast on the terrace. We live on the neighboring property. There is also a 2nd apartment. Our children's playground with trampoline and swing is right behind the house in the forest. Our 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, 1 rowboat and 2 standups are available to our guests in the boathouse at Wurlsee by arrangement. There is a wallbox for charging at the house.

Idyllic location in the countryside, within walking distance of Lake Dolgen – easily accessible by train and bus from Berlin.

The holiday home Ferienhaus Seeglück2 am Tollensesee is located in Groß Nemerow and overlooks the lake. Completed in March 23, the two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thus offering space for 8 people . Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine.

Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.

Unser Haus am Tollensesee ist ein wunderschöner Ort um von dem Lärm der Stadt abzuschalten. Direkt gelegen am Tollensesee (wenige Gehminuten entfernt), der mit seinem klaren Wasser zum Schwimmen oder zum Stand-up-Paddling einlädt. Oder aber zu schönen Radtouren ca. 35km um den See. Die Lage zwischen Neustrelitz und Neubrandenburg, gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen oder Restaurant besuche.
