Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

It can be combined with 2 other apartments on the ground floor in the Sonnen house in Nettetal-Lobberich. It can be reached via stairs on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The living area with an open kitchen and the bathroom are on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 separate bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, and a sofa bed in the anteroom. Each apartment has its own entrance!

The accommodation is not only an ideal starting point for vacationers to explore the left bank of the Lower Rhine, but also for guests of celebrations and events as well as trade fair visitors and business travelers. Pretty small towns, historic manor houses, nearby farm cafes and nature parks invite you to cycle and hike without borders.

The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, the exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

Our lovely apartment is located 10 minutes from Roermond city centre and the outlet centre, and is fully equipped with every comfort. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a 100-metre radius.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. This small apartment has satellite TV, sockets with USB connection, a cozy bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing a small meal, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are included in the basic amenities. Some coffee and tea pads are available. End the day on the small terrace or on the alpaca meadow. From September 1st, there is a tourist tax of €2 per person per night!!!

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

The apartment in the municipality of Kerken in the district of Nieukerk, centrally and quietly located, on the first floor. On approx. 80 square meters there is a living room (with sofa bed - additional 2 sleeping places), kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Vacationers, trade fair guests, craftsmen are welcome. Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. With us live here our dogs, a bunch of chickens and geese as well as several horses and ponies who are allowed to spend their evening here.
