Both are exclusively for your use. 🏡 Privacy & Space You'll have the entire upper floor to yourselves – your private area includes all bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The ground floor remains empty and is not shared, but you can use the shower bathroom downstairs if desired. Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

In winter, access can be difficult and flexibility is required!!

A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
