The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. It is very unique by its configuration through 2 floors & 2 terraces and can accomodate families & friends of up to 4 persons. Wish you relaxing and memorable stay!

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

The house Casa di Campagna is located in a quiet private property surrounded by mediterranean landscape with its herbs and scents. There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. In 2022 all of our apartments were fully renovated and have all the amenities that you need - kitchen, air condition, TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee maker, dishwasher, laundry washer etc. On the first floor there is another apartment. All guest have a dedicated spot in the garden lounge area, beneath the Olive trees and can use terrace chairs and tables that are at the house entrance.
