The beautiful surroundings of Stocksee in Holstein Switzerland offer opportunities for swimming, hiking, cycling and discovering. Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice beach day with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes on foot, in the city center it takes about 20 minutes on foot, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes.
