You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. The garden of the house is still in the making. The property itself has everything. But surely it can always be that something is still missing. We're always happy to hear from you.

Terrace and garden are for exclusive use. From there, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach in a few steps.

From your apartment it is a 2-minute walk to the train station, tourist information, central bus station and pedestrian zone with the historic old town with its Twieten, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, bakeries and various shops, supermarkets for everyday needs, market square and Plön Castle.
