The beautiful surroundings of Stocksee in Holstein Switzerland offer opportunities for swimming, hiking, cycling and discovering. Modern apartment for families in the attic

You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. The garden of the house is still in the making. The property itself has everything. But surely it can always be that something is still missing. We're always happy to hear from you.

The living and dining rooms are separate. The property is not directly on the lake; the walk to Lake Plön takes 5 minutes and leads you through our small village.

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Lübeck, Bad Segeberg, Plön or Eutin are nearby. Surroundings with lakes invite you to cycle and hike. Cabin ideal for 1 to 2 people. Pets allowed!

Herzlich willkommen auf Gut Rachut. Vor ein paar Jahren verwirklichte ich mir den Traum vom Leben auf dem Land -nun auch gemeinsam mit meinem Mann Thomas. Dieses hübsche Fleckchen Erde liegt zwischen Lübeck und Kiel - mitten in der schönen Holsteinischen Schweiz - und ist auch nur einen Katzensprung von der Ostsee entfernt. Aus dem ehemaligen Küchenhaus ist ein gemütliches Ferienhäuschen geworden - und wir möchten euch einladen, unsere Gäste zu sein.

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. Das Dachgeschoss, in dem sich die Ferienwohnung befindet, verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 große Wohnküche mit Balkon (SW-Ausrichtung), 1 Bad und 1 kleinen HW-Raum. Ein großer Kugelgrill (Holzkohle) steht Ihnen auf dem Balkon zur Verfügung.
