Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. The host offers variety of drinks din na you can purchase on a reasonable price. Very accommodating din ni miss jorja; she replies to all my queries kahit madaling araw na. Thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay on this humble home! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Self check-in is a plus since we can just immediately enter the place without waiting for them to arrive. Also, the space is very clean and tidy. Everything we need is already included. Will definitely recommend this place!!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

Rina's place is truly a home away from home. We were greeted with a relaxing scent of the candle, friendly caretaker in the person of Kuya Arnel and his wife Mary Grace. It rained a lot during our stay so we just cozied up enjoying hot showers and a sip of Folgers coffee offered free by Rina. One big plus is the fast internet which is very important as we all work from home. It was so sweet of Rina to give us freebies that would be a big slash off our daily stay fee and we ended up buying bulk of her BBW and VS stuff. All in all, we had a great stay here, the car is secured and no problem with whatsoever. I highly recommend Rina's 2 bedroom cutie house. It can accommodate up to 6 pax. Will def book again!!! Thanks Rina!!

Overall our stay was really good. The place was clean and the utensils in the kitchen were complete. However the internet was not working since there was an outage of the specific internet carrier during our stay but the host refund us for the lack of internet connection. The host was responsive and helpful for my clarification and needs. Over all our stay good and will definitely recommend the host to others. 🙂❤️

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, making everything so convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

Ailyn was always responsive and friendly host ,the balcony have the best mountain view in Iloilo.

My husband and I stayed for a few days in January. The condo is at the end of the south side. It is spacious, clean and provided a restful place. Reception & security guards at the door at The Palladium were very helpful 24/7. It is walking distance to Festive Walk and we felt safe walking about day or night.

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

This is a really great unit with a very friendly and responsive host. The unit has everything you need and it is very updated. For instance, it has a marble kitchen, nice floor tiles, and a smart TV. This makes it one of the nicest units around. The complex is similar to a homestay, but with more privacy than normal home stays due to the room layout. Jhen is quick to respond to everything, let me do laundry at hers, and the pool was great and always available. I would recommend staying here

A great stay. I was surprised that there were drinks inside the fridge and water bottles too. There was coffee as well. Very clean and easy access to the nearby mall. Will definitely go back

I give more than 5 stars, as I give kudos to Ms Sheila as she never fails to impress and give excellent customer service 24/7 The place is such a cozy sophisticated spot to stay as it gives a home warmth vibe that makes you feel at ease. At the same time giving my unwavering gratification to Ms Sheila the owner as she is hands on and responsive. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends !

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

The place was fresh and clean when we got there. Pretty close to ICC where we attended an event. The place is nice and cozy.

We stayed at Jo Ann's place for a couple of days, and everything went smoothly. It's very easy to check in and check out, and the host is very proactive and responsive. The place is close to restaurants, atm's, convenience stores, a mall, and you can walk to the art district.
