The place was a quiet and safe neighborhood that you can do walking at night, amenities were excellent with great wifi, water heater and AC. Close to a big grocery store. A few miles would be the highway, some great restaurants and fast food. The circumferential road was JJ key for us to travel all the cities. The home was clean and ready for our stay. Great work and hospitality! Thank you so much!

Fantastic staff at the property, very helpful and friendly and they don't intrude on your privacy. swimming pool is so clean and nice. House is small but it's clean, has everything you need for a long stay, outdoor kitchen too and a great laundry area with modern washing machine. Huge seating area outside. The property isn't close to Sipalay but it's not that far to drive and it didn't bother us. I'd definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us over a mini karaoke set when we mentioned hearing karaoke next door. The pool was refreshing, and it’s a super short drive into town. Highly recommend especially if you’re renting a car.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

We had a great stay at the villa. It’s private and beautifully decorated, wells designed and made for great memories. We enjoyed the pool and the view during sunset. The staff was very kind and attentive. Valeria was very kind and responsive and sent us a nice basket of fruit and wine. We had a great time and would absolutely get back. The place is expensive but it makes you create great memories so we thought it was worth it.

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

We were a big family and we were able to fit on the property. we loved that they have an honesty store especially we had kids with us and their supplies at their mini store are affordable. commending zai as well for assisting us the moment we arrived.

Host was super accommodating and helpful. The caretaker Ryan assisted us a lot in making our trip convenient. Had enough beds and room for a big family of 6 adults and 1 child. It was very clean and pleasant. Super near to the sardine run and turtle watching, we were also introduced to a local tour guide by the host and caretaker for the activities. We were also able to stick around in the property while waiting for transpo. It was a great and comfortable experience!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

Rina's place is truly a home away from home. We were greeted with a relaxing scent of the candle, friendly caretaker in the person of Kuya Arnel and his wife Mary Grace. It rained a lot during our stay so we just cozied up enjoying hot showers and a sip of Folgers coffee offered free by Rina. One big plus is the fast internet which is very important as we all work from home. It was so sweet of Rina to give us freebies that would be a big slash off our daily stay fee and we ended up buying bulk of her BBW and VS stuff. All in all, we had a great stay here, the car is secured and no problem with whatsoever. I highly recommend Rina's 2 bedroom cutie house. It can accommodate up to 6 pax. Will def book again!!! Thanks Rina!!

The people whom we were in contact with was a first a win for this place 💯 Ms. Therese was super kind to give us a good deal with our stay. Her assistant was very responsive to our queries and requests, we did not have a hard time looking for the place since instructions given was so clear; not to mention, she was asking in communication so that we would have the best stay. Ma'am Mona, the caretaker was super welcoming and warm, her presence felt like home. The place, i would say, is the best i have stayed in. It was a total package and had everything you would want and need for an AirBnb. Our favorites were the kitchen, the big bathrooms, and the entertainment (board games and the PS4) -- not an ounce of boredom during our stay! Bonus were the 4 dogs; all so friendly, kind, and clingy 🥹 We hope to come back in the future! And will definitely recommend to friends and family who will be going to Moalboal.

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

We had an amazing time at Danielle’s Beach House! The private beach access was perfect—our kids were in the water all day. The house was spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The rooftop deck was a highlight; we enjoyed watching the sunsets from up there. Just a heads-up: there aren’t any shops nearby, so you’ll need to drive to restaurants or stores. The location is a bit remote, but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Location and service was great. Come prepared with white noise because the traffic outside is loud all day and night which is common for the city. Owner is very responsive and helpful, along with their team.

Stayed here from June 11-15, 2025 HONEST REVIEW: (hindi sponsored) Ang dali kausap ng host especially unusual time ang check in and out namin. James is very accommodating and even help us in our luggage when we checked in at 1am (it's raining and he carried our luggage all the way to our room). Ang ganda ng design and ng mismong room. Very safe ang rooms dahil sa lock na may pin code. Centralized ang air-condition and ang lamig. Pag nakulangan ka sa lamig, may malaking ceiling fan pa (kasing laki ng elesi ng helicopter, legit to). Strong internet, hot/cold shower and free laundry (sa baba). Complete accessories na from bathroom, kitchen (may built in mineral water faucet) to bed room (big mattress with 4 pillows). Very spacious and maliwanag. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for letting us have a great stay! Will definitely comeback and we RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
