Holiday rentals with beach access in Negros Occidental

Great location, 2 mins away from the beach! Close to a lot of restaurants. Looks better than the photos, so spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both bedroom and kitchen/living room area have aircon. There is also a place to hang your wet clothes outside. There are 2 kuyas downstairs that help you with whatever you need. Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and we were washed fins for snorkeling and a motorcycle to go to the village :)

Our stay was amazing! The host was so warm and welcoming, like a long-lost auntie. The house is well-maintained, clean, and has everything we needed. We loved the fully functioning kitchen and the fact that the whole house was air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. A bonus was the host’s nearby restaurant, which serves delicious seafood and sugba dishes—perfect for enjoying fresh local flavors. The location is a major plus! It’s close to the beachside for morning walks or sunset views. Getting around was easy with tricycles or Grab, and Mohon, one of Iloilo’s major bus terminals, is nearby, making city exploration convenient. With great hospitality, a cozy home, and easy access to good food and transport, this place truly felt like a home away from home. We’d love to stay here again!

Lady's home was cozy and beautiful. There is "Lovers Nest" and "Apartment" on the second floor and Lady's home on the first floor. The gardens are very well designed and maintained. The pool in the yard was small but nice. It was a bit of a walk to Panaksama Beach. This makes for a quiet and relaxing stay at the property. There is a small shop right next to the entrance where you can buy drinks and other things. They take a deposit on bottled drinks, which the owner says is for recycling the bottles.

We, specially my mom liked the place. its peaceful and quiet. Secluded and away from the crowds of Lambug beach. The couple owners were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt at home right away when they welcomed us. They also provided us with all our needs. The house got everything: snacks, coffee, drinking water, etc. It has strong water pressure too. The place is about 10-15 min hike to Lambug beach but all worth it. if you are looking for a quiet place in Lambug area, we highly recommend this place. We even thought of extending another night but we had prior schedules. Until next time!

Sambag Hideaway is one of the best run AirBnbs we have stayed at in the last six months. We were treated like family. The property is like an oasis in the jungle, but it's right on the ocean. The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay at Oslob. Conveniently located close to Tumalog Falls and Oslob whaleshark watching. The property is chic and modern, highly recommended!

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

Our family unit was perfect. Morning swim just a step out the door and breakfast served on our patio was just the way to start our day. The tour we booked through reception was by far a highlight so far. We love the people here and highly recommend this stay for any traveller looking to enjoy moalboal as much as we did. We had a wonderful stay at Monica’s place. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Just a heads-up: the property isn’t located right on the main road in Basdiot, so you’ll need a vehicle or can easily hire a trike to get around. There’s also a public beach within walking distance from the house, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience!

Stayed at Rosemarie’s place for 3nights,Place is okay very accessible,walking distance to the mall,Only one thing is our Issued during our entire stay toilet was flooded daily,My sister and I we used mop to clear daily water,we are shocked when we arrived , I messaged the host and she is very friendly responsive. We recommend Ms Rosemarie Place.

Staff was responsive to repair our door that did not lock. Had it fixed within about 10 minutes. The only negative I have to say is use caution entering the pool. They used glazed tiles so they are incredibly slippery. I stepped into the pool and immediately slipped falling and spraining my wrist. Other than that amazing

Basic but that’s all we were looking for. Internet worked awesome! Would recommend:)
