Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Negombo

our host Sepalika was just lovely. even before we checked in, starting from when I booked the house, she was messaged and kept in touch and was very responsive giving details about her home and all the information that one would possibly think would be necessary for the stay. we were a group of 7 and even though we checked in late we had a smooth check in and the house was just warm, cozy and so very clean. attention to even the most little detail for the comfort of the guests was amazing and the 2 caretakers of the house were very respectful disciplined and the utmost helpful to guests. we had very enjoyable lovely continental breakfast served every day which was included in the booking price. as we had late flight sepalika even allowed a late checkout free of charge. Overall it was the one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays from our trip to srilanka.

When we arrived, we instantly regretted only being able to stay one night. The flat was so beautifully curated, and would have had everything we needed should we stayed longer. Buddhika met us and showed us around, which was really kind considering we were only staying one night. The roof top pool is amazing and was such a treat to relax after a long drive before a long flight the next day. Buddhika also helped us with transport to the airport early the next morning. If we visit Sri Lanka again, we will absolutely be looking to stay again. A haven in the city, cant recommend this place enough.

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay after a busy two week stay in Sri Lanka. Great staff who looked after us and made great recommendations for restaurants in Negombo. Loved the pool and gardens and view of the lake.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This place was the perfect spot for a family. We enjoyed the house and it was the great last day in Sri Lanka! The location is a little on the inside roads but very beautiful. 25 mins to the CMB airport. The host was very kind and responsive and provided recommendations when requested. Would definitely recommend!

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

My family and I stayed in Nicola’s Airbnb last week. The location was very easy to find, and the security is very good. Upon arrival, Mr. Roshan was ready to receive us and helped us with our bags. He is extremely helpful, showed us around the apartment and even gave clear instructions on how to use appliances available if needed. Mr. Roshan is quick to reply to queries and tend to concerns. The airbnb itself was spotless, has all the amenities included in the listing, including essentials, washer with dryer, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped. The rooms are spacious, all the rooms are equipped with AC. There’s a huge pool/gym located on the 6th floor, and a supermarket on the 5th floor. It is so children friendly, my little brother did not want to leave. The location is excellent, there’s multiple supermarkets/ restaurants and shopping malls nearby. My family loved this place so much, we’re sure to stay here if available when we come back to Sri Lanka again! Thank you, Nicola! 😄

I had a wonderful experience staying with the hosts Dr Nadara and Ira at Dehiwala, in Sri Lanka. They provided a spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities, including a large bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness was maintained weekly by a cleaner with Ira and fresh linen and towels were provided. In time to time the hosts offered me delicious homemade food, making me feel like I am staying with my relatives. Narada and Ira were very friendly and they are extra super hosts. The location was very convenient, close to the beach and various food outlets. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming stay, making I want to return to this accommodation whenever I visit Sri Lanka. The location of Narada’s and Ira’s apartment is quite convenient for exploring Colombo. It is situated between Gall Road and Marine Drive, which are major thoroughfares in Colombo. Being close to Colombo City makes it an ideal base for exploring.

We very much enjoyed our time at this beautiful ocean front apartment! Stunning sunsets to be enjoyed either from the private balcony or the huge rooftop terrace, a pool, gym, plenty of space, kitchen, fast wifi - great value for money!

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.
