Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Negombo

If I had to describe my stay at this apartment in one word, it would be ‘perfection’. I visited with my mom and an aunt and this apartment was perfect for the three of us. The location was amazing. The interiors were gorgeous. We loved hanging out at the end of each busy day in the cozy living room with the most beautiful views of the lotus tower. As for the facilities: the kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked well and the beds were very comfy. A huge thanks to Roshan. He was always available as the go-to contact person for questions and was very accommodating of all our requests. Nicola was also an amazing host, for always following up with chat messages on Airbnb despite not being around personally. This apartment made our four day stay in Colombo wonderful. I would book this again in a heartbeat on my next trip to the country.

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! My stay at Guari and Suhana’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I booked this for a few of my friends who came from Spain for vacation in SL. The place was great and had all the required ammentities and it was a pleasurable stay. We really enjoyed the place and the view was amazing. It was a great value for money and very worth it. Devindra was a great host and communicated with us when we required assistance. Overall a wonderful experience and a great host.

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. He was responsive and genuinely invested in making my stay seamless. Would I come back? Absolutely. Highly recommend Bryan’s place to anyone visiting Colombo. 😀

This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

The villa is very nice and even though the owner was out of town they arranged their family to give and take the keys. The terrace is huge and the villa is spacious.

Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Host was very friendly and helpfull very nice guy. I really reccommend the place. It's all near to everything very accessible place all worth the money and experience. 💯💯💯 Loved this place will surely come back and stay here again.

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

We enjoyed our stay at Cosy Nook. It was spacious, airy, clean and comfortable and a quiet retreat yet conveniently located close enough to the airport, a 24/7 grocery store a short walk away and transport available freely by Pick Me app and on the main road nearby. The wonderful high ceilings added charm to the house and the huge veranda was a favourite relaxing spot for us. The full kitchen also had a water filter, which eliminated the hassle of having to buy bottled water. The hosts Merill and Inoka who live downstairs were super helpful and lovely people. Merrill helped arrange out transport from and to the airport, he even accompanied us when we needed to buy local Sims as the shop keeper didn't understand English. And Inoka helped find a driver guide for our day trip to Colombo. We really appreciated their kindness and help all through our stay. In all, a lovely place to stay and with very good and responsive hosts!

Nice place. Nuwan the caretaker was really helpful. Clean spacious house. A/C was on when we came so nice and pleasant inside . Recommend if you are staying near the airport. Use the app pickmeup for drop offs at the airport.

Located in the heart of the city, walking distance to Colombo city centre shopping mall, bakery and a super store. The master bedroom gives almost 180 degree paraomic views of the city , the lake and the sea. Well curated interior designs gives a grand guesture . The host Chathura is very responsive and flexible. I'd love to come back and no hesitation to recommend this place for any guests looking for a luxury apartment in Colombo city centre.

I would highly recommend this place, really easy to navigate and get around, our host Charith was helpful and easy to communicate too, Always answered my questions and even send a guy to fix something which I could have done. Overall amazing place with great Host.

The host was an excellent communicator who helped us in many ways even including arranging a contact for airport transportation. wonderful recommendations, safe and spacious apartment with thoughtful touches, even a few snacks and refreshments provided. We were happy we decided to stay here. check in was super easy. The view from the apartment was nice. AC works well and the apartment even has a washer and dryer for clothing! easy to call a tuk tuk directly outside the apartment. the place is very safe, also great for families. strong wifi. 10/10!

Beautiful, spacious well arranged apartment that we felt like our second home during our stay. Place is well presented neat & tidy & had everything needed to make our stay comfortable.
