our host Sepalika was just lovely. even before we checked in, starting from when I booked the house, she was messaged and kept in touch and was very responsive giving details about her home and all the information that one would possibly think would be necessary for the stay. we were a group of 7 and even though we checked in late we had a smooth check in and the house was just warm, cozy and so very clean. attention to even the most little detail for the comfort of the guests was amazing and the 2 caretakers of the house were very respectful disciplined and the utmost helpful to guests. we had very enjoyable lovely continental breakfast served every day which was included in the booking price. as we had late flight sepalika even allowed a late checkout free of charge. Overall it was the one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays from our trip to srilanka.

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay after a busy two week stay in Sri Lanka. Great staff who looked after us and made great recommendations for restaurants in Negombo. Loved the pool and gardens and view of the lake.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This place was the perfect spot for a family. We enjoyed the house and it was the great last day in Sri Lanka! The location is a little on the inside roads but very beautiful. 25 mins to the CMB airport. The host was very kind and responsive and provided recommendations when requested. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

My family and I stayed in Nicola’s Airbnb last week. The location was very easy to find, and the security is very good. Upon arrival, Mr. Roshan was ready to receive us and helped us with our bags. He is extremely helpful, showed us around the apartment and even gave clear instructions on how to use appliances available if needed. Mr. Roshan is quick to reply to queries and tend to concerns. The airbnb itself was spotless, has all the amenities included in the listing, including essentials, washer with dryer, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped. The rooms are spacious, all the rooms are equipped with AC. There’s a huge pool/gym located on the 6th floor, and a supermarket on the 5th floor. It is so children friendly, my little brother did not want to leave. The location is excellent, there’s multiple supermarkets/ restaurants and shopping malls nearby. My family loved this place so much, we’re sure to stay here if available when we come back to Sri Lanka again! Thank you, Nicola! 😄

I was privileged to have stayed at 7 Amber as it brought back nostalgic memories of my childhood. The welcome Ravi and Rohini gave me was warm, friendly and typical of Sri Lankan hospitality. On arrival, I found food in the fridge to keep me going for the first couple of days. This helped me to get settled and enjoy the the apartment. The apartment was like a home from home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. It was spacious, clean and safe. The flat was very well equipped. There was a balcony at the front with a decked area. It was lovely to sit, enjoy a cup of Ceylon tea and listen to the birds. The apartment is an ideal location as it was very central and you could walk to the shops, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants. Ravi and Rohini were very friendly, kind and helpful. They even brought delicious home cooked Sri Lankan food for me on several occasions. I was very sad to leave as I felt I had become part of the family. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We had grat stay at Nirosha's place. There was 24/7 security at the facility. All the equipment and furnitures made us feel right at home. Support staff was aowesome as well. There is buch of good resturents in the neighbourhood. Nothind bad to say about this accomadation. We are really thankful to Nirosha and her team.

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Very impressive pool with a view of the shimmering Lotus Tower. Great gym, which I used and it was completely empty, by the way. The apartment is comfortable, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Prestigious apartment building with a beautiful lobby. Many places are within walking distance. A perfect place for a long-term stay. The host communicated excellently. We were three colleagues and each of us had our own room.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

Romesh was a great Airbnb host. He was very flexible and offered me his apartment when I decided to stay 2 more weeks. Very responsive to long list of questions, I asked before moving ink surprises. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. Pushpa’s place is well presented and lovely to stay in. The apartment has everything you may need and is perfectly situated close to the airport for your first night/last night in Sri Lanka. We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host.
