We spent a few days at this wonderful place last week, and it was truly a dream. We were looking for peace and rest, and we found exactly that—and so much more. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, the surroundings are beautiful, and the space itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy. The view and the nature around us felt like a dream come true. We felt deeply connected to the environment, and even though the pictures are beautiful, they simply can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. It’s something you have to experience for yourself. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and stress-free, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended if you need to recharge in a peaceful, welcoming environment!

Contact and reception were very friendly. Suitable for large families. Children and adolescents were able to keep themselves busy with the available toys and equipment, such as the pool table, kicker, and table tennis in the building. Great covered barbecue area and fireplace available. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Backesgarten.

Nici and Frank's house is really worth a stay. We spent an extended weekend here with 3 families (one child each) and were super satisfied. The house is perfectly furnished and above all the kitchen, living and dining area are sensational and invite you to linger. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good, so we could not use the great terrace and the beautiful garden. The hosts are super friendly and help quickly if there is a question. If we find ourselves back in the area, we will certainly stay here again.

It was a very nice stay and we felt comfortable at all times. The animals on the farm were also very trusting. Nowhere else can you find more nature and digital detox.

The place is really great. The garden with sauna and whirlpool is the absolute highlight. We had a great time and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

Philippe is a superhost. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything. It feels like you're home. The garden is also beautifully landscaped. For me personally, the most beautiful air bnb I have stayed in. Philippe explained everything well and responded extremely quickly to our messages. The area is very nice. We had a wonderful stay on the Moselle. The place was as described and well decorated. We didn't miss anything and we didn't miss anything.

We stayed here with the six of us during a motorcycle weekend, and the cottage was really great. Spacious enough for everyone, with nice bedrooms and a cozy atmosphere to relax together after a day of driving. The bathroom and toilet are together in one room, so plan equally well who goes to shower or to the toilet was useful. What was really ideal for us: the garage! The door was on the heavy side, but it gave a safe feeling to be able to put all six engines inside. Definitely a place where we'd love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming getaway! It's really peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature. The best part was the roof terrace where we enjoyed a majestic view every morning and evening. We enjoyed the privacy and felt very relaxed. I highly recommend this place for a great escape.

This house was fantastic, there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay! Very well-equipped kitchen, lots of tips and nicely arranged. Good storage facilities for the purchase of Moselle wines, and or bicycles. The view from the house was wonderful over beautiful Mosel on all floors. Another big plus was that parking with charging facilities for your car is just outside the house. I am happy to recommend this accommodation!

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation in Koblenz Vallendar. Everything was clean, well equipped and left nothing to be desired. The flexible check-in was very pleasant and the hot tub a real highlight. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

A super modern house, with a large, very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for every guest! The garden is great, the beds are very comfortable, sufficient parking spaces are available, the bus runs regularly directly in front of the front door, Torsten and his family as landlords are very nice and easy to reach. We have only two small notes. The house is very noisy, but if you take some consideration, that's not a problem. The room at the top has no door and is directly connected to the spiral staircase, the bathroom is not separated from the rest of the room, the toilet has no additional privacy screen, you have to like it, for us it was ok.

The house is a beautiful oasis and a good starting point for Eifel hiking. We enjoyed the tasteful design as well as the great cleanliness, the well-equipped kitchen with beautiful ceramic porcelain and the soothing relaxation in the sauna. The views of the surrounding nature were a pure invitation to slow down. In short: a thoroughly recommended domicile.

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage. It was all very clean and the amenities very good. Everything we needed was there, and there were even a few supplies we could have used. You can walk to the Moselle in 2 minutes and there are also restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

We were here over the weekend and enjoyed the stay very much. The place is a bit remote, after an active day you can relax superbly. You can start some hikes directly at the accommodation, otherwise you can be at the Moselle in 15 minutes by car. Particularly pleasant, especially for sleeping, was the relatively cool indoor temperature of the apartment in the midsummer weather with >30 degrees, otherwise we were very satisfied, we lacked nothing.

Our best Airbnb to date! From booking through to departure we give it 5 *. Beautifully spacious, quiet and private house. Spotlessly clean, superbly equipped kitchen (inc a tea pot for the Brit traveller!),very comfortable large beds, excellent shower and plenty of towels.Super air filtration keeping the house cool in exceptional temps. Lots of cleaning products available. We loved the quiet private garden (at booking we thought it was shared with owners but no it’s all yours) with plenty of sunny and shady spaces.The chickens did not disturb us and we loved collecting the fresh eggs! Thanks too for the wine in the fridge (from the winery 5 min walk away- there is another one closer!) Close to bus service into Bingen. Lots of parking in the street and also on site. Owner very helpful pre arrival and throughout our stay, even allowing us an early check in. Lovely to be met in person. Without hesitation we would stay here again- the pictures simply do not do it justice. Book it now!

Lilein has a big heart for her guests and their pets. The reception was so warm and interesting (excursion tips) that we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is lovingly designed and has everything you need. The kitchen is excellently equipped, including Barbecue on the fenced terrace. My dogs didn't want to go back in. The environment is very quiet and there were many hiking opportunities right outside the door. Everything else (e.g. shopping) was accessible by car from 5 km. We were two couples who hiked on the Moselle over Pentecost and the apartment was ideal for us. There was everything you need. Communication with the landlady was easy and she responded very quickly and courteously to every message. We would book the apartment again immediately on the next Moselle visit
