Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use fully equipped kitchen in the residence where also toilet, shower and washing machine are available. The wood-fired sauna heats well and there is also a hot tub and battery powered shower. On the porch, the water is heard from the creek and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Relax in this quiet home right by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solaltans for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

The farmhouse

Welcome to Bergsåker which is 10 min by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road towards the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely newly renovated farmhouse with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car and you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rate. Free parking in the yard.

In the beautiful Ljungandalen, we rent out our newly built, fully equipped Swedish cottage on our private meadow. In just a few steps, you can reach the river with a fire pit, table and benches, a raft, 2 kayaks, a SUP and 1 rowing boat for rent. Do you need a break, peace, nature on your doorstep, with endless sunrises and sunsets, northern lights and many excursion possibilities? Then you are going to the right place.
