In the heart of Montparnasse, family and confortable appartement of 30 meters, completly renovated in July 2020, quiet on courtyard, in an animated area near rue de Rennes et Saint germain des près. Located on the ground floor (easy acces), the appartement is composed by a full equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a living room with a confortable and qualitative new sofa bed, a dining area, a separated room with quality bedding (150 cm), a bathroom with washer and dryer machine, many closets.

Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Petit studio, vers Montparnasse.

Appartement, rénové, dans lequel il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire une étape dans la capitale française. Certes pas très grand, c'est un authentique studio parisien de 16 m², avec sa kitchenette, sa salle de bain et sa pièce de vie dans laquelle la banquette se transforme en lit simple/double. Pas de vue mais proche Montparnasse (gare est à 2 pas), du métro/bus, et pas mal de chose à faire dans le quartier. Au calme, dans une résidence en retrait de la rue. Se situe au 1er sans ascenseur.

My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage. Mon appartement est chaleureux, bien situé et complètement équipé, comme le montrent les photos. De plus, emplacement gratuit dans le parking souterrain de l'immeuble sur demande.

Champs-Elysées, charmant loft

Loft aménagé pour 4 personnes donnant sur la magnifique cour pavée d'un immeuble de 1869. L'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Il est idéalement situé entre l'avenue des Champs-Elysées et la rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
