C’est le point de départ idéal pour explorer la capitale à pied 🚶‍♀️, à vélo 🚴‍♂️ (stations Vélib’ à proximité) ou en métro 🚇 — à moins de 5 minutes à pied de quatre stations (lignes 6, 10, 12 et 13). Mignon, calme et parfaitement situé au cœur de Paris, ce logement est idéal pour un petit groupe d’amis, une famille ou un couple souhaitant découvrir ou redécouvrir la capitale ✨

Bright and perfectly located accommodation. The studio located on the 5th floor (no elevator) consists of a spacious living area with a sofa bed; an equipped kitchen and a refurbished bathroom. The studio is ideally located in the center of Paris (7th/15th). It is a 10-minute walk to Les Invalides and a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is also served by lines 6, 10, 12, and 13. I live in this studio; part of the dressing room will be closed during the rental. Enjoy your stay!

A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

You have the entire place that I had the pleasure of decorating! Close to cafes, restaurants, gardens in a safe area, not far from the Eiffel Tower!
