This is a lovely apartment on top floor under the roof of an old wonderful villa with 3 rooms on 1st floor. The top floor has got its own bath and mini-kitchen. The bed can easily be separated into two proper single beds (1x2 m each). However, the stairs to top floor are quite steep so one needs to be a bit careful when walking up and down to 1st floor. The main kitchen at the basement is to share. You have the beautiful park at your doorstep with the city being in walking distance.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 10 people. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.
