The 60 m² apartment with kitchen-living room, bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two people and bathroom is located in a separate part of our house with private access. A stork nest visible from the terrace allows the observation of a pair of storks year after year. In your 250 m² garden you can get one egg per person from the chickens every day! Seasonally, the garden also gives you apples, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, hazelnuts, elderflowers and various herbs.

Welcome to our 140 sqm apartment in Groß Behnitz, Nauen – only 30 minutes away from Berlin! Surrounded by idyllic nature, it offers plenty of space to relax. The stylish apartment has a large living/dining area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and large terrace. In the large garden there is a barbecue area and space for camping. Perfect for families or groups who want to connect nature and proximity to the city. Your retreat is waiting!

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. There is no heating for safety reasons. If you are interested, you can play table tennis, play badminton, or just relax in shade or sun.

Enjoy a relaxing time just an hour from Berlin on the edge of a small village, right next to the nature reserve. During the day, you can explore nature by bike or on foot or visit cities such as Neuruppin and Rheinsberg. The well-known "Storchendorf" Linum is the neighboring village. Sauna and fireplace evenings or the quiet terrace and the idyllic garden complete a day in nature.
