The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Mitten in der Natur, wenige Autominuten zum Bahnhof Nauen und somit sind Sie schnell in Berlin oder Potsdam. (Bahnhof wird zur Zeit umgebaut bis April) Ganz stressfrei mit der Bahn. Wander- und Radfahrwege, kilometerlang und gut ausgeschrieben laden zum Erkunden der Umgebung ein. Der große, noch recht wilde Garten mit einladender Terasse und großer Markise laden zum Entspannen ein. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen.

The 60 m² apartment with kitchen-living room, bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two people and bathroom is located in a separate part of our house with private access. A stork nest visible from the terrace allows the observation of a pair of storks year after year. In your 250 m² garden you can get one egg per person from the chickens every day! Seasonally, the garden also gives you apples, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, hazelnuts, elderflowers and various herbs.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The vacation home is located in Falkenrehde in the Havelland. Falkenrehde is located directly on the border of Potsdam and is surrounded by lakes, fields and forest. But it is also close to Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin. The surroundings therefore invite you to a quiet stay in the seclusion of the sparsely populated lake landscape as well as to excursions to the cultural institutions of the nearby cities.

Liebevoll saniertes Atelier in einem ehemaligen Stall – ein heller, offener Raum mit großen Fenstern und direktem Zugang zum Garten. Offene Küche, gemütlicher Wohnbereich und ein Bett, das durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt ist. Ruhig, lichtdurchflutet und ideal zum Arbeiten, Abschalten oder für eine kreative Auszeit im Grünen. Dank Fußbodenheizung ist es auch im Winter gemütlich warm. Nicht weit von uns gibt es 5 verschiedene Seen, an denen man den Sommer genießen kann.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
