Auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer kann auch eine dritte Person schlafen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Du bist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Mühlenkamp entfernt. Zu Lidl, Rewe oder der Bahn brauchst du auch nur 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, vor allem das große Bett (2,10 x 2,10) ist nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt perfekt zum ausruhen.

If you're not flying out, you can watch the sun rise on the 5th floor in the bedroom, you can see the sun rise over the Isebek Canal, enjoy the sun on the balcony during the day in the south and watch the sun set in the living room with large windows. Dining out or shopping? In less than 3 minutes on foot!

Walking distance to shopping: supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a beautiful, sunny balcony in the courtyard. I don't have Wi-Fi. One street further but there is a nice café (Frau Kowolik) with Wi-Fi. Free parking (public)

There are restaurants and cafes🍝 in the area. The city park and the Alster can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes by foot. 🛋️ The apartment has everything your heart desires and is well equipped. As this is my private living space, I wish to have a respectful handling of the inventory.

This great apartment is located in one of the best locations in Hamburg (Harvestehude district). In 200m you will be at the Hamburg Outer Alster. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony opens to a quiet backyard. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. In the bedroom, for example, you have a 1.80m wide and high-quality box spring bed and on the balcony there is a great gas grill (use is free).

The cozy apartment has been newly renovated and is equipped to a high standard. It is in a prime location only 5 minutes walk from the Alster. The large kitchen is ideal for social evenings with friends. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed and if the weather is not so good, a large TV with Playstation. The apartment has a terrace with a garden to the rear courtyard.
