We're next door. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine...) towels, washing machine (dryer)... Accommodation with 2 bedrooms and a large 7-seater convertible sofa. Everything is close by: pharmacy, restaurants... Possibility to rent a parking space. We're ready to welcome you!

This is a refurbished apartment, very bright, comfortable and well-equipped, 45 m2, located on the twelfth floor offering a superb view from the balcony (5.5 m2) of Paris and La Défense. La Défense is a 5-minute bus ride from the accommodation (15-minute walk) and Paris is 15 minutes away (5-minute walk + 10-minute train ride). For sports and entertainment lovers, it is also a 30-minute walk to Paris La Défense Arena. This listing is my primary residence, it is very important to me; I love it very much.

Main transportation station is at 7 min walk, and then 6 minutes to Champs Elysées, 10 minutes to Louvre museum, and 20 minutes to Eiffel Tower.
