The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.
