Apartment holiday rentals in Naiyang Beach

Stayed here with 2 friends on our first trip to Phuket. The photos are very accurate and the air bnb itself was very spacious and clean. The location was about 15 minutes from Patong main areas but this was really good as it felt nice to be away from all the noise but close enough to get places. We had a few minor issues like the electricity cutting off briefly due to a landslide and the pool was under maintenance. However Coco was extremely responsive and resolved issues promptly. She arranged a taxi to our next stay in Rawai as compensation for the issues. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Yulia was a great host, everytime I contacted her she replied so quickly and was super helpful. The flat was so so clean, which I loved as I am slightly OCD. The only thing missing was some hand towels in the kitchen, otherwise it is a great little flat. The location was great as it is only a short walk to Bang Tao (15-20mins) Beach and there is also a FREE shuttle which took you as well (3-4 mins). The swimming pool was clean and the water was so warm. We went the week of half term so there were alot of families with young children, so if you want some peace it is best to get to the pool early before 9.30am for a swim. The location was perfect and had shops, restaurants, shopping and everything else you need right at your doorstep. The area is super chill and very family orientated. We would defo stay here again. We also loved that it had a washing machine to wash our clothes and downstairs there were more communal ones with dryers as well. 24hr security so felt super safe too.

Everything was as shown on the pictures. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Tours and taxis conveniently would pick you up in front of the condo. The balcony has a very private view with trees and birds. The bed linens weren't clean when I arrived but they kindly cleaned and replaced everything. I found the apartment is very clean and highly recommend.

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Excellent accommodation in a good condominium. There is a swimming pool on site, a beautiful pond, it’s especially nice to listen to the sounds at sunset. There is a market and my favorite beach nearby. The area is far from all the entertainment, but I love this area because it is quiet, beautiful and has a great beach. The housing has a kitchen, everything you need (kettle, iron, hairdryer, spoons, pans), everything is very convenient for life.

Gorgeous apartment, super clean and tidy. Close to cafes and the beach! Also the room stays super cold even when its muggy and hot outside.

I stayed with my wife for 3 nights, the room was clean and had all the amenities including cutlery and a microwave. Check In process was very easy. The location is a bit far away from all the activities but we knew it before we booked. Renting a car or a bike would be helpful to get around. There is a beach within 2 minute walk and a Top Daily that's open 24hrs.

I really enjoyed my week here and the time flew - which is sad for me but always a good sign! The location was great as quiet and peaceful, yet within close walking distance from shops, restaurants, the beach etc, including 2 x 24 hour options close by for drinks/snacks etc. I felt really safe in the area around the clock, and as a solo female traveller. The apartment also has 24/7 security on-site who are friendly. The washing machine in the property is great and very efficient, and the clothes dry quickly. The place is cute & comfortable & has a lovely view from the bedroom window. The bed is extremely comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. Fabricio was also very attentive and helpful to me throughout my way, and arranged a taxi from the airport for me prior to my arrival, which I appreciated. Thank you Fabricio! Highly reccomended. 🙂

Wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable. All the ammenities are great, 4 pools to choose from, restaurant/cafe on site and not far from the beach and main part of town. Superb 👍🏼

PK & Lynn’s place was great for our family of four! Right on the beach and easy walking distance to some great restaurants. We arrived late night with a very sick 6 year old and they were amazing, making sure we had doctors details and arranged it so that we could call the hotel reception if there were any emergencies. Very responsive, great hosts.

Хорошая, тихая квартира, дом рядом с пляжем - пешком по тенистой пешеходной аллее всего несколько минут, по пути и на пляже много магазинчиков, кафе и ресторанов, есть даже магазин русских продуктов. На территории комплекса есть даже хамам! Много бассейнов, красивая территория зеленая, нам все понравилось, район тихий без пробок и суеты

I really loved my stay at this property! The apartment was clean and as advertised. I enjoyed the fitness center and it’s a quick minute long walk to the beach… One note is it is a pretty isolated location so plan to get groceries or have food delivered!

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Lovely condo in Phuket! Spacious, clean, and modern with everything we needed. Nice location near the beach. The pool was great, WiFi fast, and the host was very helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay. Bad things - too stiff hill to climb to return from the beach and lack of restaurants in the area - better to rent a bike and go eat in central Surin or Kamala for nice dining. Would book again!

My spouse and I have stayed in the apartment for a little over 1 month and really enjoyed the stay. The host was always responsive and tried to help with everything extremely effective and fast. Definitely recommend the place for a short or long-term stay.

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, für eine Woche eine Bleibe zu suchen und hier sind wir fündig geworden, ein kleines Schmuckstück auf einem Hang gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick auf Kata Beach. Jean-Michel hat uns gleich einen Kontakt zu der Verwalterin Eve hergestellt, die uns vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Beim öffnen der Wohnungstür raubt es einem den Atem, der Blick ist traumhaft, der Sonnenuntergang noch viel schöner. die Wohnung ist offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse können komplett geöffnet werden. Man fühlt sich gleich heimisch. Die Aussicht vom Whirlpool am späten Nachmittag mit einem Glas Wein ist fantastisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool oberhalb des Fitnessstudio ist unglaublich schön angelegt, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Andamansee und den Sonnenuntergang . Wer kein Auto hat, fährt einfach Bolt, das klappt immer. Alles in Allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Michel
