Holiday rentals with beach access in Naiyang Beach

A very clean and nice apartment! Our hosts Oleg and Sutapat were very responsive which makes all the difference! Regarding area: always make sure you get dropped exactly to your building especially if you have lots of luggage! The area has lots of hills so can make it really difficult to pull around suitcases. I think there are shuttles available however we didnt know this/utilise this as we arrived very late. Other than that, everything else was perfect! Highly recommend!

I loved our stay here. Check in was smooth and the staff is very nice and responsive. We loved how close we were to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. Highly recommend!!

We would like to say a big thank you to Ramon. He and Mariz went beyond and provided us with everything we asked for. Our kids had a good time at the pool and we had a great time at the villa. The best was listening to the waves when going to sleep. We can recommend the place.

Had a great stay at Zen’s place. The pool and outdoor sitting area are fantastic and the views of Kata beach are wonderful! Walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach was quite the treat, and the restaurant recommendations were great! Zen was very responsive and overall a great host. We particularly enjoyed A Pillow and A Blanket for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Great value for your money - spacious, great views. I bet staying here with friends would be so fun and I would stay here again!

We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Immediately felt right at home here. Aree’s place felt cozy and safe, and the location is perfect. Very walkable to all you need and close to both Bangtao and Surin beaches. I stayed here for over a month while training at Bangtao mma & muay thai gym, and would highly recommend it. Aree was also very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Will absolutely be staying here again in the future :)

The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool is bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families, and the privacy was very good. Thank you.

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights at Bangtao Sweet Home. Our host was extremely helpful and looked after us like family. She even assisted us in booking a trip. She arrived when we arrived to show us everything and we were offered a taxi from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with many cute cafes around. We particularly enjoyed walking around 20 mins to the closest beach clubs. The location of sweet home was ideal as it’s near the west side of the island where you can see a beautiful sunset over the sea. We truly felt looked after on this trip, and we would recommend to all. It is very private and secure. The hot tub was a lovely touch and very relaxing. We found this place to be the perfect size for two people. When we took a taxi out and about we would recommend to have it picked up from the road rather than the apartment as it’s quite difficult for the car to get to, unless it you are using a motorbike. Thank you for a lovely trip! We can’t wait to come back.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. The surroundings were amazing , the stay was excellent, the convenience of having rental services nearby, tops daily or 7 eleven was a boon. The suite had everything we needed and more.We felt safe and felt like a home away from home.

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

I stayed in June with 2 children, I liked everything very much, the apartments are clean, well-maintained, there is everything you need and a lot of other useful things, pillows, blankets are very comfortable, cleaning every 3 days, exit immediately to the golf course, parking nearby, the territory is well-maintained, there are a lot of restaurants around, the beach is close. It is pleasant to communicate with the host, always in touch, attentive, tactful, benevolent. We really liked it and recommend this apartment.

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

Wow! We loved our stay at this beautiful condo overlooking Kata beach. Everything was excellent! Host was excellent and friendly and cleaning lady was so sweet too! What a fantastic first experience of Phuket! Selly went above and beyond to arrange airport transportation.

Peter's apartments are fantastic. They have everything you might need. The space is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Peter generously provided fresh fruit and water at check-in. The beach and local restaurants are just a 5-10 minute walk away.Thank you for the hospitality—we truly enjoyed our stay!
