Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

First of all, I would like to say that Pavel is a communicable host who always stayed in touch and even helped with delivery of medicine to his address. As for the place and location, its all good: 5 minutes on bike to the beaches and all the "actions". Supermarket and several cool restaurants are a minute's walk away, one of which is an authentic italian one with excellent wine and pizza. The house is located on a hill, from which you can see the Kata area and watch a beautiful sunsets. The house itself is not big, but it has two working tables and everything you need. Yes, this is not a five-star villa near sea, but considering the price, this is a VERY good offer in this area for peak season. We were there for a 1.5 month and in general we can recommend this place if you do not need luxury and you spend a lot of time exploring the island or the sea. Everything was fine, thanks Pavel!

Villa conforme aux attentes. Retirée quelque peu de la ville, on a pu découvrir plusieurs restaurants très locaux. 7/11 et Lotus accessibles pas loin à pied ou en scooter. Toutefois, la villa se trouve dans un quartier avec une mosquée à proximité. La prière se fait entendre aux différentes heures et l’alcool n’est pas disponible partout dans les magasins ou restaurant. Le séjour était vraiment top. La villa est nouvelle, très propre et la qualité des prestations est à la hauteur du prix non excessif. Complexe sécurisé par le personnel de gardiennage qui était très sympa. L’équipe de Bua est réactive aux questions et différentes demandes. Un transport a été organisé pour nous prendre en charge à l’aéroport jusqu’à la villa. Je recommande la villa 👌🏼

Très joli logement avec une belle piscine. La commun est fluide avec l’hôte et en cas de soucis l’équipe intervient rapidement. Le logement est propre et un ménage est proposé durant la semaine, c’est super. Attention: soyez vigilant lors de votre réservation car dans ce logement vous devez payer votre électricité consommée à la fin de votre séjour. Il faut juste le savoir. L’environnement est calme est verdoyant avec vue sur le levé du soleil. Très agréable nous reviendrons

We had a great time at Henri's place. Everything was exactly as described. We were positively surprised by the sound system by the pool - it was easy to play music from a smartphone once connected to the wifi network.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Milan. Maison au calme loin de l’agitation de Patong. Superbe vue sur la baie. Hôte très réactif. Nous a indiqué un centre de plongée à notre demande Maison un peu isolée, il est nécessaire de disposer d’un véhicule. L’intérieur manque un peu de charme et la cuisine gagnerait à être un peu rafraîchie, mais l’on passe la majorité du temps à l’extérieur pour profiter de la vue.

Winona’s house was very enjoyable to stay in - clean, modern, and she even sent complimentary housekeeping weekly. Only negative was that utility fees weren't included.

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was beautiful and well set up for our group, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the team. The kitchen staff deserves a huge compliment for the amazing meals they prepared—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like a restaurant experience every day! Tom and Sue are lovely hosts. We really loved their house and it is well designed. We felt private throughout our stay. They also greeted us with a cute gift for honeymoon. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Phuket. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire process stress-free. The villa was immaculate—clean, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated. A friendly and discreet housekeeper came by each morning to tidy up, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The location is ideal—just a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. Getting around was also easy, with Grab taxis consistently arriving within five minutes. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. Inside, the spacious living area features a massive television and extremely comfortable seating, making it a great space to unwind with a movie in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return.

My friends and I had a superb holiday at Seaside Bliss Villa. The view was great, the villa spacious and comfortable with all amenities. It was easy to order meals in and we loved the pool too.

Well, let me get started with saying, this airbnb and the host herself were both amazing. The house was very well priced, very spacious, and overall was worth a stay. It was at a perfect location, was easy to get into, and i felt very safe and happy inside. The airbnb host was always responsive at all times, and even sorted me with the moped rental and any other needs i needed such as airport transfers etc. Overall, I had a great stay and i would recommend to anyone looking for a nice airbnb to stay in nai harn/rawai, this airbnb is it. Had such an amazing stay at the villa! The rooms were clean, amenities were all functioning and the villa was overall a great place to stay in. The pool was clean, the outside kitchen is very helpful too. Location was good - close to the supermarket but the area in general was not so walkable, however you can always order a bolt/grab to wherever you wish to go. Definitely recommend for a group stay if you’re looking to relax and have a good time with friends/family. 😊

The place was near everything, it was quiet before 10pm which was nice if we wanted to go to bed early. Two thing was little bit less good, the place had a weird smell which you could definitivly live with but a bit irritating. There was a lot of families with smaller children which made noise early in the morning so I recommend earplugs. Overall the experience was great and it shown as in the picture, the host is easily communicatable and I would recommed this place for a few days.

Villa is located on top of hill. Very peaceful environment. Service is prompt as well. Pictures doesn't do justice to the view. Love it!
