Janjira's property exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless clean, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was premium—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets—yet tucked away on a quiet side street, free from traffic and noise. Communication with the host was flawless, and their recommendations were spot-on. The property itself felt premium, with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely book again!

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. She gifted us fresh sweet mangoes on our last day there! Overall an amazing stay and experience, would definitely want to stay there the next time we visit the area

Loic and his team are a great group of people who are very friendly and easy to deal with, the villa was immaculate itself and was very true to the photos, I would also suggest getting in touch with Loic as he can organise great scooters delivered directly to the Villa which were very handy to see the local sights, Had a great stay looking forward to revisiting!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

We had a great stay, the place was spotless and very helpful host always available to guide and book various activities at discounted rates. Host was always available and very responsive and went out their way to meet all our needs. The villa is a home away from home with all amenities at your disposal. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will visit again without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

We were looking for a very peaceful yet spacious space with an amazing view. This home was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time overall. Incredible views. Very responsive and friendly staff. The place was easy to live in with all essentials and some extras provided (for eg an after sunburn gel - I didn’t know I’d need it but I did). The area itself is quite good with lots going on but without the massive crowds. Would highly recommend. 2 things to note: 1. Pls take the stairs required to reach the place & back to the main road into consideration, it’s equal to about 5 stories of a normal building so getting out is definitely challenging. The listing is honest about it. 2. The main living room’s walls are a bit thin so you can hear people outside (only happened 2 times in 4 days since the place is ultra isolated, so not an issue for us).

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

This Air BnB is one of the best I've stayed in and I have stayed in many! Sukee is the most generous, thought of everything a guest could want, helpful with transportation, host I've met. The space is really beautiful with a gorgeous view of the water. Photos can't tell you how beautiful it is! Very peaceful, private, quiet. Large veranda to hang out on. Clean. The bedding was luxurious, large screen TV with Netflix. Kitchen had every thing I needed plus some thoughtful snacks. Beer and wine in the fridge. It was great to have an easy to use washer after traveling for 6 weeks! I really didn't want to leave even to explore the area! I highly recommend this place and thank you, Sukee, for all your kindness.

This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

the place was excellent. Amazing host, everytime we needed something, the team got back to us asap with the best solution. totally worth it. My only suggestion, please keep a microwave in the kitchen. rest everything is perfect. Ps. it's a gated community (of about 8 Vilas) with guards. So it's very safe.

Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Phuket. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire process stress-free. The villa was immaculate—clean, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated. A friendly and discreet housekeeper came by each morning to tidy up, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The location is ideal—just a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. Getting around was also easy, with Grab taxis consistently arriving within five minutes. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. Inside, the spacious living area features a massive television and extremely comfortable seating, making it a great space to unwind with a movie in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return.

Well, let me get started with saying, this airbnb and the host herself were both amazing. The house was very well priced, very spacious, and overall was worth a stay. It was at a perfect location, was easy to get into, and i felt very safe and happy inside. The airbnb host was always responsive at all times, and even sorted me with the moped rental and any other needs i needed such as airport transfers etc. Overall, I had a great stay and i would recommend to anyone looking for a nice airbnb to stay in nai harn/rawai, this airbnb is it. Villa is located on top of hill. Very peaceful environment. Service is prompt as well. Pictures doesn't do justice to the view. Love it!

This is by far the cosiest bnb I have stayed at. We decided to extend our stay by 15 days and loved this house so much that we didn’t want to move elsewhere :) The host provided excellent service, with cleaning every few days and responded promptly anytime we text.

Wow - this place is amazing and for the price it’s excellent value for money! Just everything was perfect and having such nice kitchenware, wine glasses, stunning artwork and fixtures throughout, and a dishwasher. It has all the mod cons like fire sticks in all the TVs, ceiling fans and multiple a/c units, it just really felt like home. The pool is a great size and a perfect temperature with comfy outside seating areas with nice loungers and dining table with a huge umbrella. Although the beautiful Nai Harn beach is just 5 minutes in a taxi away, it’s hard to leave the villa although I do recommend Nai Harn beach. Fantastic local and western restaurants (Nibe and Wine Connection were our faves) very close by as well as a small shop and 7Eleven you can walk to in 5 minutes. If you are looking for a private beautiful stay that feels like home, this is the place. I honestly can’t fault it. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special, Kubu Villa. I will 100% be coming back!

Mark was very accommodating and when the villa we booked had electrical issues, he upgraded us to one of his bigger villas. Highly recommend
