Such a gem! The location was peaceful and beautiful. The private hot tub is a huge plus! The place is clean and well maintained. The host was friendly and accommodating. We will gladly come back!

Beautiful house and a wonderful stay for a few nights with some friends! Walkable to the beach, the sound, and a few shops. Really nice hot tub and hosts were extremely responsive.

Place was comfortable and host was extremely responsive. Plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our two kids. We didn't find ourselves in need of anything. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. Laundry room was a big plus. Definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Michelle!!

A minute walk to the beach. Spacious colorful and clean place. Highly recommend for 7 people. The pool and hot tub for the community were never crowded and so clean. The community club room and surrounding space was awesome. Loved this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We went with a large group and still had plenty of space. The kitchen and common areas were very clean and well-kept. We really enjoyed the hot tub and how close the beach was. The host was responsive and provided great suggestions of what to do in the area! Overall it was a great trip!

This is a great house right in Kitty Hawk. Convenient to everything OBX. The pool is fantastic for any age kids. It was a highlight of our trip. We usually began or ended our beach days at the pool. It’s open until 9 PM! The house was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. It was tastefully furnished and fully stocked kitchen

This is our second time staying at the Beacon Villas. We love the location because it allows us to easily access the beach and all the amenities that Corolla Light Resort has to offer. The condo is the perfect size for our family - plenty of space and privacy when needed. It was very clean and looked exactly as described. When we return to Corolla, Beacon Villas will be first on our list of places to stay.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach, close to restaurants. The kitchen had all the essentials. Very comfortable space. We enjoyed our stay.

Dana’s place was beautiful, super clean and in a quiet neighborhood despite being around the corner from grade schools. Lots of paved areas to walk easily which we loved, and a three minute drive to public beach access. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of amenities for meal prep and cooking. Paper products were well stocked for all 3 1/2 bathrooms, and very clean. Everything was easy to find, easy access, and Dana is very communicative and accommodating! The Aquamarine and Dana is highly recommended, we loved our stay!

I really love it here. This was my third time staying here. It's always clean and the location is unbelievable. I already have it booked again this summer. Ever since I found this townhouse I have never stayed anywhere else and as long as this townhouse is available I will never stay anywhere else. The location for me or anyone else is incredible. There's no way that I can find a place right on the beach for the price that this cost. Shaila is a very special host and person. Sincerely Lisa

This town house was perfect for our family vacation - just steps to the beach & a short walk to “down town” Duck with sound side activities & great food. Host was so helpful & informative on local activities!

Some friends and I stayed at Jeff’s place for vacation this year and had a great time. The beach was a short walk away and having access to the resort amenities was amazing. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything needed to make dinner each night. Jeff was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

“The stay at Gia’s place was wonderful. The Pelicans Nest was spotless and matched the listing. The location was ideal for exploring, and relaxing on the beach. Located centrally for a 30 min commute give or take to the 4x4 beach or Nags Head and Manteo. We were conveniently located near all stores and attractions such as Jockey Ridge State park And The Wrights Brothers Museum. But yet directly across from beach access.If you like to explore OBX this is a great location. Gia was very responsive from the beginning to the end of trip if anything was needed.Highly recommended, and a return stay is hoped for!”

We had a great stay at Paul's place. He was communicative and place was as shown. We were right near the beach. The house came w lots of toys, kits and a beach cart to haul things over to the beach. It was a perfect place for kids w lots of amenities. My kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Our group was in town for a wedding. Lynn’s place was a great place to spend our weekend. The house was clean, close to the beach, and right next to a bar with great food and drinks!

This place was just as the pictures showed it. I have never seen a more clean place. Natallia was responsive with sending details for entry. The area was a quiet, nice community with so many things to do. The beach was accessible by walking or driving. We will definitely be back again.

Lisa’s home accounted for every detail and we felt really at home during our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and provided our family with plenty of things to do including a whole stack of new books to enjoy during our time at the house, bikes to ride around the community and a really cool wall-mounted Pac-Man game. We were there in the offseason but got to enjoy Corolla Light’s perks like an indoor swimming pool and a quick walk to enjoy the beach off Shad Street. The house included beach towels and all linens and bath towels which made our stay very convenient. Lisa made sure our first time in the OBX was a good one - thank you!

We needed a last minute rental after our first spot fell through & we were already in Corolla. Jennifer was amazing and quick to respond to our request to rent her place. Despite the same day rental & check-in, the house was clean & ready for visitors. Jennifer knew of our previous rental situation and that we had 2 children with us and even offered earlier check-in if we needed it. The welcome info had great restaurant recommendations and other helpful info. She was always quick to respond to any questions. The location is great and the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. We would definitely rent this spot again!

We absolutely loved the place, it was close to the city has a lot of good stores (Target,walmart,Publix) and best of all easy access to beach. The host is amazing, Gia is very responsive and provided clear instructions on our stay. Hands down, we are definitely coming back to the same place for our next visit.

We had a fantastic day, and the property was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. I especially liked how proactive Liz was with her recommendations for beaches that included parking information and lifeguard availability. This property allows pets, but it was extremely clean, with no signs of previous pets aside from available dog bowls. We were slightly disappointed that we could not use the pool because it was under maintenance, we were really looking forward to using it, but we understand these things happen and appreciate it being properly maintained. This location is a good halfway point if you plan to see both ends of the Outer Banks and don’t mind driving. Example: 45 minutes to Currituck Lighthouse and 1 hour 20 minutes to the Ocracoke Ferry. I would recommend this property, especially if traveling with kids.

We just had a great stay! Kitty-hawk is the perfect OBX location everything we wanted to do was about 30 minutes south or North making ima central location! Tons of good food and shops around. The townhouse was perfect and had everything we needed. The shower in the basement for after the beach was a huge bonus with kids and the washer and dryer were a life saver! Caroline was very responsive to all of my messages. We had a little issue connecting to the WiFi (I had the password to wrong) she responded so quick to clear it up! 10/10 recommend. The pool/hot tub and Rec room were a huge added bonus for the kids!!

Place was in a great location and just like the photos. Hosts were awesome and made the whole process easy and enjoyable!
