We had a great time place is private and super cozy, the location for the price can’t be beat!!

Our first family vacation with our 3 month old son couldn’t have been better, thanks to Allison and Ritchie’s home and backyard space. Anything we needed was quickly and easily responded to by them to make sure our son had a great time, including room temp and pool temp (TY guys!) For small family vacations at OBX in the future in, we hope to come back here.

This place must be a hidden gem. It was so close to everything that we wanted to do. The best part was sitting on the back porch enjoying the quiet and the greenery of the golf course. Very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home when we first opened the door. We highly recommend staying here. Cathy was so proactive and made sure that we were comfortable and attended to. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family. Not to forget, when we drove in one evening, we were met by one of the local deer in the neighborhood, watched the birds darting back and forth at the feeder and watched the rabbits run around during morning coffee. A great place to stay.

This was a great place to stay in the outer banks. Easy to walk to the beach with plenty of shade along the way. This is truly the most peaceful part of the beach. The house itself was plenty of space and amenities for two plus a dog. Would recommend staying here.

My family and I were in a pinch and we were able to rent this place day of! It was the week of 4th of July where places were hard to find. I was skeptical but the room was nicer than the pictures make it look! The resort was great, the pool was clean and big and had bathrooms close by! The playground was better than most parks these days. Really easy access to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance were delicious, TenOsix for breakfast and Holy cow creamery for ice cream are must haves. Easy and accessible rooms all with a good view. Beds were comfortable and the rooms have a very relaxing atmosphere. This place saved our family vacation on short notice and we will definitely be staying again. We’ve found our home away from home.

First impressions last the longest! What a great experience from start to finish. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. There is literally nothing to complain about. It was just as described and Haley was a great host. If you want to feel like you’re welcomed, this wonderful place a try. You won’t be disappointed. Top notch, 5 star experience.

JB and Chris’ place was extremely clean and looked as beautiful as the pictures! Everything was exactly as they stated which made for an extremely enjoyable visit!

Peace of Eden is the perfect retreat for yourself or for 2. Bikes are provided to view the sound & the beach. They have 2 beach chairs as well to enjoy. The location is perfect to everything, local restaurants, shops, Wright Brothers site, the Avalon Peer & so much more. The suite is full of everything you need ~ just bring yourselves! We did not want to leave, it felt like we were already home. Bob & Lainyi are very kind & hospitable. Look no further, to stay in OBX stay at Peace of Eden.

Stayed here for Memorial day weekend. Richard’s place is about 200 feet from the beach which was more like a private beach with less people. Richard is very thoughtful and included almost everything you need for a beach vacation. Kitchenette does not have a stove and a sink but there’s an outdoor stove and a sink on the deck. Overall, liked the place and location and would stay again in future. .

Was the perfect spot for a getaway. We loved the private pier and the hosts were very responsive and nice!

We had an amazing stay at Helen and Larry’s place in Kill Devil Hills! The location was absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach and close to some fantastic local spots. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Helen’s recommendations were spot-on and really helped us make the most of our trip. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to coming back!

A perfect getaway for our anniversary! Sharon’s place was exactly as described and the neighborhood was quiet and felt super safe. It was 5 mins walkable to the beach and great restaurants too!

Jannie’s Roanoke Getaway is perfect bliss and full of loving energy! The space is exactly how the pictures look even better in person! There’s an outdoor shower that’s divine for use when returning from the ocean it has hot water it’s divine!!!! Jannie was quick to respond kind and helpful! We will return! This place is so so lovely!!! Thank you Jannie for sharing this space🙏🏽 We recommend going to Nags Head Oregon Inlet for your ocean visit if you are planning to go to the ocean it’s about 18 minutes away the restaurant Fishheads is a good landmark for the Oregon Inlet and where to enjoy ocean and also Fishheads Roanoke Island and the town of Manteo is Magic Magic Manteo such a great space and place!!!! Oh I almost forgot we were there for a wedding and they have a iron and a steamer yayayay I was able to stream the dress I was wearing to the wedding heaven sent‼️‼️💫💫🥰

My boyfriend and I went for our senior trip! We enjoyed every minute of it! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils (perfect for the dinner we cooked). Beautiful views across the street from the dock! Very close to several beach accesses. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here for our girl’s trip. Super close to the beach and the outdoor space is beautiful. We also loved the outdoor shower as well as all the other options for cleaning off swimsuits and sand before going inside. Would definitely come back!

had the pleasure of staying at Max’s house for a long labor day weekend and it was fantastic! both him and his wife had great communication and the place was perfect! they had a beautiful home - with the best spot being the pool! the neighborhood was quite and peaceful and overall it was just a fantastic trip! highly recommend staying with them and I plan to return in the future :)

The place was immaculate and Lidia thought of so many details to make the space comfortable. Perfect for a couple or single person wanting to walk to the beach and relax in comfort. We would definitely stay here again!

Debbie-Lyn's place is a gem. The house was remodeled with detailed consideration for guests to live comfortably. Even the air conditioning vent on the ceiling has a plastic cover, then the air coming out of the vent does not directly blow to one's face under the vent. Debbie-Lyn and Christina were very caring hosts, always asking us whether there was something we needed during our stay. Like the house door sign says: enter as guests, leave as friends. If we ever come back to OBX, we will come back to Debbie-Lyn's place again.

We really loved how welcoming and accommodating they were. Tiffany and her husband were both pleasant people to talk to, and really helpful when we had questions or needed something. We would definitely stay here again!!!
