Large garden with playground equipment. 3 bedrooms, 6 beds (plus own baby bed) Note: part of a semi-detached house, simple standard, but new kitchen and bathroom, beautiful peaceful place. The other unit is also rented out, and guests in the other unit can be expected. If necessary, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Recharge your batteries in this lovely cabin with a secluded location. My husband, who is an architect, designed it. The cabin is a little gem with soul and character. The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colours and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/alpine skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bed linen, towels, firewood and laundry are included in the price!

Great location cottage from 2011, with large flat natural plot and undisturbed outdoor area. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Efficient floor plan - entrance, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and open living room/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entrance December 2024. Installed heat pump 2025. Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

Idyllic small farm, miller's house from the 1800s

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Cottage for rent, 1.5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. We invite you to idyllic surroundings between mountain and lake. Our 30m2 Lyngebu cabin is located on Ånudsbuoddane cabin field,by the lake Nisser in the heart of Telemark (5 min to Treungen center with several shops, 15 min to Gautefall ski center, walking distance to water, mountain trails). We also provide rowboat so the area can be explored from the water. Here you will get the best lake and mountain views with all the comfort to enjoy your stay!
