Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with Svaberg, fishing opportunities and swimming beach. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm located in idyllic Strømsbubukt only 7-8 min walk along the water to the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the house. Small boat harbour nearby, garden on the front of the house. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2023. Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and the stars will light up for you! Get in touch with nature again at this unforgettable accommodation. The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain.
