Our cozy apartment is located in the very center of Odessa a few minutes from Deribasovskaya street, in a quiet courtyard of old Odessa. A well-lit street with lots of green trees and cafes where you can have a cup of coffee and get some fresh air. The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free vacation. This is a two-floor apartment – on the first floor, there is a studio and kitchen with a folding sofa and a huge bathroom; on the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a large window.

The location of these apartments is perfect. A minute to Duke and Potemkin Stairs. Two minutes to the ensemble of the Vorontsov Palace with the colonnade, the symbol of Odessa. Take a walk along Primorsky Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to the Opera House. The beach is a 30-minute walk across the green. One of the five rooms in a small and cozy apartment hotel that our family has been running for 10 years. Please note: The third floor of an old building. There is no elevator....

There are 2 rooms (each sleeping 2), a 100 m hall with a soft area, a bar counter, billiards and a seating area by the fireplace. Comfortable table for working. All natural, environmentally friendly materials were used in the decoration. You can accommodate your car in the yard. No pet in the propery! Smoking is not allowed in the apartment!

There are restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops nearby, as well as a private brewery. The room is equipped with a kitchenette, there is a microwave, electric kettle, compact refrigerator, filter for cleaning drinking water, iron. Near the premises there is a playground with a fence for outdoor recreation in the warm season.
